This is my second time using ivisa and definitely will not be my last time !
The system for the application is clear and easy to follow. There was some confusion and inconsistencies about my application because persons responding from customer support were saying different things. In addition, I paid for a service that was forgotten and the staff in customer didn't trust me in the beginning until they find out after 7 hours of exchange of WhatsApp messages. It was not pleasant at all. In general the system is good but not reliable.

Because I don't have to leave my house. The only negative is that your template of processing need to know Nigerian citizen with dual nationality; invitation letter should be deleted from your processing for Nigerian with dual nationality.
My experience with the ivisa application though was difficult due to bank statement. But the responds to my application was swiftly.

Applying for visa was very straightforward and easy. Any issues were communicated and rectified quickly.
Some guidelines were ambiguous. For example, it was not clear that the ticket needs to be purchased in order to apply for the visa. From a traveler logic perspective, it makes more sense to apply for the visa, get approved and then buy a ticket rather then buying a ticket that has risk of invalidating.

I think that this is a great service when you try to get a visa for a third world country. I've tried to get a visa for Nigeria on my own, and just couldn't. Something went wrong with my application and when I contacted the Nigerian embassy or the immigration office, they did not help at all. Finally I managed to get a refund for my application, and worked with ivisa. Got the evisa a day after I applied. Could have saved my self 3 weeks of daily work in order to get the visa for Nigeria.

This place is an absolute scam. I ordered my expedited visa on June 16 on a Monday. They stated I will receive a decision by Thursday June 19th and my flight was on a Friday. On Thursday, I received a email regarding my visa staus saying that I wouldn’t receive a decision till Monday, the following Monday the 22nd. I reached out to aupport requesting to beak with soṣeone. They just gave automated replies. And still haven’t heard from them on the status so just money down the drain they are a scam. Do not use them. S C A M.
Overall, a really good experience with iVisa! The support team was excellent – very responsive and helpful, with fast answers whenever I had a question. The process itself was smooth and efficient. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the system’s display of delivery timings can be a bit confusing and led to some uncertainty. Clearer communication there would make it perfect. Still, I can truly recommend iVisa and would use it again!
After two to three weeks I am still waiting on my evisa
I paid for 8 hours but got it almost 24hours later. I had it done online free and got the certificate immediately. More like I wasted 44pounds.

There was no assistance to answer my questions. I made several attempts to apply for a Visa but the web page kept redirecting me to the health form that I had already applied for. The chat bot was of no help. Need to be able to speak to a live person.

This was a horrible experience using a most user unfriendly website, which is not fit for purpose. At the end of a very difficult and painful exercise, I was sent empty attachments with nothing to show for completing this senseless requirement just a few hours preceeding my intended trip. This was just a teaching on how NOT to treat your citizens. We deserve better, do we really?

This site refused my passport pictures, even thought they were taken professionally
the service was quick and fast but it might be a good idea to like ppl know the necessary documentation they will need before they begin the online application to avoid any unnecessary delay
Your site is not clear or geared towards a particular country's requirement. For example. Nigeria requires (in addition to uploading your passport photograph) 2 copies of the photo. iVisa offer to edit the photo for submission but good is that only do when you still need the photograph to be submitted in person. There should be a statement stating that it is a waste of money to just edit and electronically sent to clients. Your site is really for the iVisa company to make money by getting you to use them for processing and pay. One does not get a whole picture from their site. You will need their help and pay
