I have no idea why took so long for my Papau New Guinea visa that 6 days from my applied dates on 3.3.2022。 I am very sad, disappointed over I asked, beg for helping from your customer service team that keeps asking me that takes longer than unexpected happened on my approval from PNG government. I am ready to travel from KUL to SIN on today morning at 6am to catch my Singapore Airline flight at 10.25am then arrived at Singapore to catch Papua New Guinea Flight at 20.25hrs Which I must have my Visa before I take flight from KUL at this morning at 6am If my visa not ready by this 3 hours time, I will unable to flight to Singapore due to I might stranded at the Singapore. Covid cases has been increased so many cases in Singapore and I don’t want to caught and I may need to pay on my hotels or quarantine at Singapore. Please I beg you and your CS team please assist my Papau New Guinea Visa Which I don’t have to waste my money on my flight ticket on today is very high rates for both countries.
