Staff is very kind and reply very quick. We applied for Thailand visa and filled up all needed information, embassy was requesting to send a BPR as proof that we are living in UK but as a European citizen UK Government doesn’t give us a BPR, what we have is a Settle Status. So here is when all the misunderstanding came… iVisa didn’t know what we need to send to Thailand embassy… Finally I called the embassy and asked what information they need so the application ca go forward. I give two stars because if I would not call the embassy we wouldn’t got the visa.
Super unhelpful and just wants to earn money. Sent in request the bigger before and emailed them for cancelation but refused to allow refund.

Very slow by some of iVisa staff to understand their mistake. Many emails sent to iVisa to have them see that they (iVisa) had sent the wrong hotel information on my Thailand Pass application which was rejected the first time the application was sent in with the wrong hotel information. Staff at iVisa should be better acquainted with the English language.
I find it very difficult and stressful as I don’t have an iPad or computer just my iPhone
It took an extremely long time to figure out what documents were needed for Thailand. It was very confusing, and I often had to stay awake at night to discuss what they needed because nobody answered in California time. In the end, the result was great. But, the process was a pain.
Site is cumbersome and even when I saved things I could not find them I spent hours re entering info. Was thrilled I finally got my 60 day visa even tho had hoped for 90 day one.
I was trying to contact a Thai gov website but somehow was pushed into this one which I thought was for a Thai visa but I paid for a seemingly not needed 'certificate' I visa and E visa are not linked and dealing with this group added to the hoops you need to go through and when I showed this to the Thai Embassy in London they 'warned' me away saying nothing to do with official gov visa business.
You should tell people they need a Thailand Pass . I was sent back on the next and could not enter the country . Some people like me thought that t8 is a Thailand pass . Vacation spoiled .
The App didn't collect Vaccination records necessary to travel stopped at the COVID-19 pCR test which is available just prior to flying
I. Cant really say anything good yet… however I read before I signed up that the t8 would expire in 14 days, however if you have a valid passport valid for at least 6 months, that the t8 would be valid. Now Ivisa is saying that they cannot process my t8 until 2 days before my departure date…. Which is 1.5 months away!!!!! CONFUSING!!! , and there customer service just repeated what the automated message said 1 hour prior….. sounds like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing… we will see what happens 3 days before departure….. I am worried now!!!
The first photos I sent were reviewed and I was quickly directed to make needed changes. These changes were made and I received quick response. I received the photos in less than a week (I live in the Arctic nothing gets here that quickly).
So far so good,it will unsettle some people to have to leave it so late for application.

The only thing they do to help with your Visa is the T8 declaration form I was under the impression they handled everything to do with the VISA very difficult to communicate just by text when there is so much time difference for a response

I applied for 2 pax but we don’t have same flights details. I’ve received t8 with same details. There’s no option to change it at all. First application ask me my details but second didn’t ask about flights anymore and we ended up having same flight details. My partner dean is flying from London on august 04 and I am flying from manila on July 29. Pls help
Never use this service. It is an automated thing and it is impossible to contact anyone. Emails are simply ignored. I did not get what I paid for

This is an incredibly organized company everything's right there for that you need to know. Any questions they're always readily available streamlined-organized that's what I look for whenever I'm using any company website. I give this company 6 stars if possible.
