This is my first time travelling to a country where I need a visa so wasnβt sure how the whole thing worked but ivisa has a super simple process which was easy to follow.
iVisa made it so quick and easy to get my Uganda visa. All the forms were clearly presented and it took very little time to fill everything out. I did have a problem with my passport photo (which I uploaded) due to the way it was taken. But that was corrected with one e-mail. I highly recommend visa!

Glad we used iVisa. It was a simple process to upload documents. IVisa kept us apprised of the status of our application as it was processed. They were available to answer questions late at night. Would definitely use iVisa again.
The process was very easy and approval was quick. The document was readily accepted by Uganda Customs and we breezed through the process. My only complaint was that within about 3 minutes of filling my application through the system, my contact in Uganda told me that all I needed to do was present Customs with a crisp, new, $50 bill and the visa would be granted. I tried to cancel iVisa but was told that since I had already "used their services," I would not be able to recover the fees they charged. I thought that was pretty unforgiving. Even so, they service was easy and I appreciate how quickly I received the visa via email.

It was a pretty smooth process, and I had the visa in a couple of days. There is a lot of documents and other files that are needed to submit, so it took me couple of hours to get everything located, scanned, and uploaded, however, the website does not time out constantly so you can take your time.
