We do a great deal of travel- so I have experienced many VISA services for entry into different countries. The majority are highly frustrating, difficult services- sometimes requiring 3-10 (yes 10) additional application submissions - aka Brazil in 20204) before your application is accepted. (Great Scott- some of these services will reject a photo if there is the slightest shadow on the wall behind you, or your hair is out of place. Actually my hair is always out of place...). This process of receiving an ETA - UK was very easy! You need only to have your passport handy for your passport number to put on the form. The ETA is then linked to your passport, so there's no need to carry anything for the ETA. I was approved in minutes and ready to enter the UK!

Fairly simple sequence of input required, & when I accidentally omitted some information, it was easy to get back & fill it in. My only problem was with getting the photos of self & passport, in the frames on your site, probably because my hands were shaking a bit.
Quite straight forward process. I struggled a little with the passport scan and I hate my selfie , but that is just me, I’m 70 years old and not that good at technology
