It worked well. We are only coming to LHR Terminal 5 and then we take bus to Terminal 3 an further on to CLT USA. But it was expensive 2300 SEK for me and my wife, so this will be our last visit at LHR for change of Terminal.

Easy to use and great communication . However, when uploading info for 2 people, the system didn’t let you know that you were scanning a second person. It had my name twice at the top and I thought I had to do mine again.
Fast, and easy to use! What they don't tell you up front are three things that would make it even smoother: 1) You'll need to upload a photo of your passport, 2) You'll need to upload a plain pic of yourself (no glasses, blank background), and three, that the cost is just over $110 without add-ons (such as rush delivery). So have that ready and you'll be even faster through the 10-minute process. I did not buy the "rush" options offered and within two hours, I had a notification of approval. 10-minute application process and a quick turn around time! Thanks iVisa for making it easy to meet the UK's new requirement!
