This was a straightforward process. This is easy to follow. But it is important to know how to use upload documents from one's computer. I had to learn how to create a file so I could send in my passport and a recent photo on a white background.

Filling forms yuk! As soon as I have to fill out a form the guards go up! Yuk! I worry that I will make a mistake or do something wrong and then I will have to start over … but it was all so easy. If something needed to be corrected that was easy too. Well done to the application designer!

It was stupidly expensive, but they’re required. The process was fairly straightforward, quick, and easy.

When at first I did not succeed with my application, (3 times!) I felt the support was good. The video on how to take a selfie to meet the requirements (such as the ears being seen, etc) was excellent & clear. A stress-free experience in fact.
My photo was rejected but I received daily emails reminding me to complete the application. This made it easier for me to complete it after getting a new photo done.

The process for passport and photo handling is very streamlined and easy to follow. The application was approved very fast. The only flaw was that a colour photo was not recognised as such.
