I’m always nervous about new tech, but this really was easy. I think I could have scanned my passport as I do have that gold bar, but I took pictures instead. For some of us older gals it takes us a moment to make sure we are following our instructions 😂. I’m so excited about my trip to the UK to visit my family and enjoy your beautiful country. Easy and straightforward process! The App makes it more simplified! Only thing I didn’t like, was the cost. and it was probably just over looked by myself… was I read it was only $12.63 to get the visa. And when I started to fill out the application it turned out to be an additional $100. But it is what it is.

The entire process went smoothly. I needed help in getting my passport and personal picture integrated into the application and the IVisa staff was very responsive to assist me with this task. Everyone was most professional and prompt to respond.

Process was easy enough to go though, but a $98 processing fee? Somebody is making some serious money off this racket.
The site was easy to understand and navigate, directions were clear and the total process was very timely.
I thought this was going to be a long drawn out process, but it took less than 10 minutes! It had very good directions, so it was easy to follow. I wish I would have known we had to take our photos, then I would have looked nicer! The VISA came within an hour of submitting!
Easy to navigate site, straightforward. Don’t smile when you take the required photo. Double check the spelling of all names: you won’t have a chance to edit them once you submit your info. The approval process is VERY quick.
When I found out that I need a visa prior to my arrival in the UK I was not happy. Being a usa citizen finally and now needing a visa again. But I must compliment the team from iVisas. It was very easy to apply for ETA visa. Everything is very clear.
It was pretty simple but as I am not very good in all this tech knowledge (I am 84 years) I had help to do.
I liked how I was guided through the process of filling out the form online. If I missed information, it guided me back to the area that I needed to fill in. The only thing I had difficulty with is talking the pictures of the passport. My passport was fine and had no issue. My husband's had to be taken several times to get it just right.

The person i worked with, David, was incredibly patient. We 89+ year olds could not upload our photos and finish up the ETA. David stuck with us and completed the application.
Once you have the pictures ready to be uploaded the process is quite simple. There should be a "Getting Started" preface that advises user that pictures are required and it should be stated whether the format is PDF, JPEG or whatever and a maximum size. Very easy and efficient to exit the process before being completed and getting back into the process.
