you got my ETA when no one esle could been trying for 6 months with the UK ETA App and its shit
The instructions were clear and concise, easy to navigate within the application and quick. We had our ETA well within 24 hours which included us having to resubmit passport photos.
A tip for travelers: try filling out the form on a laptop. In our case, we selected the 24-hour option because we didn't read the screen carefully, and we ended up paying a few extra pounds (even though we actually had time to wait). That was the only issue; otherwise, everything was fine.

I was Plaid for visa travel to other country. But at was no comfortable and easy like UK e-visa . And very helpful about refunding back to costumer account. Coming from the US and having to apply for a UK visa application, it was easy. Just be prepared that you need to have photos online (picture of yourself and copy of your passport).

It was very easy to complete the process and I received my documents the same day. HOWEVER, after I submitted my application and paid $128+, I learned that I could have gotten these documents for only $20 via the government site. Therefore, not going to be recommending iVisa

I was dreading the technical difficulties I thought this process would entail. But on the app everything--including the photographs--was made incredibly easy. Very good design. The only unpleasant surprise was the price: Twenty pounds suddenly became 118 dollars!
The directions are very clear and concise. The most difficult part is getting your passport to lie flat enough to take a clear picture of the identification page.

Applying for the UK visa is not an easy process. The various steps, after the on-line application, require many procedures leaving one uncertain as to what will happen next.

The IVISA service providing UK ETA visas is excellent and far preferable to the GOV.UK service which also advertises the provision of ETA visas. Without success, I initially used the OV.UK service. Thank you for enabling me to use a private enterprise alternative. The IVISA fee was quite reasonable.
The only thing I would change is the photo section, did not clarify what size of photo you would accept
