If you need to get a your Visa it could be made easier if you know requirements of photos before you start the process I’m not tech savvy but I managed to get it done

It was very easy to fill in - but the reason for my score was the taking of my photo. I found that very hard, and of course even after several attempts - not at all happy with the result. There must have been a easier way?

The application itself requires basic information, but I did have to repeat it in a couple of areas. I finished up on my phone rather than laptop because that proved easier (pictures).
Very disappointed a second submission was required and a second fee was required. The initial submission was submitted withiout any errors, yet it was rejected without and clear explanation.

I had difficulty submitting the application. So I called the customer service. The person who talked to me explained that there was insufficient light when I uploaded the passport and so he entered all and the application was approved. Kind of pricey for just 2 years ETA for UK.
This app may provide a pricier solution to acquiring an ETA but in my opinion the process was seamless. The app accepted the photos, allowed us to quickly enter pertinent information and accepted US credit card payment without a glitch. Even though we chose 24-hour service our applications were approved within minutes. Worth paying a bit more to have professional service without the headaches. Thank you.

To confirm my papers were in order and still valid all I had to do was enter my email. It was a pleasant surprise not to have to jump through more hoops (like resetting a password). Mercifully, the entrance permission attaches to the passport. Also the date of expiration was clear.

Is simple, but for first timer the requirement of photo taking do put some pressure on me to get it right. Was a little confused when I tried to do with QR code and it gives me little time to react when taking my self photo.
