Upon obtaining an ETA, it is a bit difficult to figure how to print the needed Passport bio, but my daughter helped and we checked that all was ok.
The instructions on the required forms are clear and easy to follow. Submitting a photo taken with mobile camera was no problem at all. It even let you try few times until you are satisfied. I have only good experience in obtain the visa.

Very quick and easy to do. Just make sure you have your passport and credit card at hand. It is, however, very costly [$100.00} fee for using this app. If I had it to do over I would not use this app.

Though the price is a bit on the high side, applying is not that difficult, and you get a fast reply.
Although the whole procedure is ok, there is no notification if you have already done the Visa request within the previous two years. You run the risk of having (and paying for) two visas. This should be easily solved, as the passport number should be archive in your database.

If you're looking to travel to the UK from the US, given the recent US regulatory changes hurting travelers, using this service to gain the travel Visa and the speed it gets processed is a welcome value. If only the US process was this easy.
