Support personnel were patient, kind, and helpful. The process is made difficult if you don’t have a smart phone or if you are not adept at using it or a computer ie the selfie, not photo that needs up loading

Really fast communication and really helpful. Had issues with a ETA page not loading properly. This was sorted out and simple easy solution was provided by the Assistant. ETA was approved in 6 minutes. Fantastic.
Initial process worked fine but 3 emails one day and one the next day. Not sure as they seemed to conflict so not sure what final result is.
The photo portions of the process could be looked at to simplify it. Aside from very straightforward, and chat assistance helped greatly.

This was a very streamlined process amidst some travel turmoil that required sudden flight changes . Using what's app due to technical issues was fantastic once the initial application was commenced was extremely helpful. The efficiency and ease of the upload of documents required was incredibly reassuring. Instructions of each step far less daunting that anticipated.

Overall the process was extremely fast. I’m literally on a flight to the UK.I didn’t realize there is a new UK visa requirement. I downloaded the app. I had some issues with uploading a camera pic with my iPhone, but in hindsight I think it was the airplane WiFi. What was amazing and 5 stars, after everything uploaded it was only 1-hour and my visa was ready. That’s fast!

I applied & purchased through the EVA website while I was purchasing seat assignments. It was an interruption, but I stopped what I was doing, applied for an ETA to the UK & an entry card for the Philippines in a few minutes. By the time I got the iVisa app, I had the approvals.
