I was able to view the photo but I could not print it out as a 2X2" photo as needed to get a passport. However, they are trying to work with me on this.
A four-hour window was promised. I placed the order at 1:40pm and did not received the notification that my photos were ready until 10:46pm. The store was closed at that time.
My only problem is that the mail disappeared on me after I had paid and you wanted more details I then started again and you charged me twice
Paid extra but processing time was not quick had to cancel emergency trip so not worth the extra should have just gone with standard processing time ...got it done in the end so not all bad .

There was a bug during step four (contact state). New Mexico was not in the list. The service was good and helpful via mail, after the chat didn’t work out for me (no one available). This led to a delay within the process (wasn’t a problem for me, but could be for other where the ESTA is more urgent).
The website was not working on Internet Explorer. I contacted the support team by chat and instead of trying to help me they were just telling me that I have to finalize my application. I tried to explain that there was an issue as anywhere I was clicking nothing was happening, but no success. The reply was to send an e-mail with the information that were missing. I then tried to open it with Chrome and it works perfectly. Maybe for the future if someone is contacting you having issue with the website, the support team can suggest to change the browser instead of insisting that we need to complete the application.
I had some aggravation with this order as it took about 16 hours although I paid to have the visa within 4 . Got it just in time...
I noticed that applying ESTA visa was not as easy as it used to be. I visits USA several times to see my best friend who lives in California.
I found it difficult to find the tourist ESTA and actually filled out some other form initially. It is not clear what type of form is required
Instead of focusing on just my SINGAPORE passport, there were a lot questions about my INDIAN travel Document,which is relevant only for my travels to India and nowhere else!
