Company advertised Australian ETAs. Paid the fee. Instead of the ETA, I received an email that they had informed the US embassy in Australia of my trip dates. What a scam! Never use this company.

After pressing send. I realised I paid $600 more than just going to the direct website to apply for an ESTA. I didn’t know and then couldn’t get a refund only shortly after pressing send. Unsure why the huge cost difference and can’t believe I didn’t know and show have done more research to know it’s only $21 each person for the application not the $745AUD we were charged for 4 people .
SCAM site, they charge 5 times the actual cost, do not use this site to apply for ESTA Visa into USA. There is no chance of a refund and they have all your private information. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM SITE!!
The documents never downloaded. The site indicates they have been completed and are ready for download and when I click to see them, it says they're still being reviewed. There has been no update for over a month. This site is a scam. I went to the government site and it was processed and approved in minutes. I would not recommend using this site to anyone. I paid for this process and received nothing!
I was up set to discover that I could have bought this product for 21 dollars each your company has charged me £100 to carry out the process

I was searching for UK ETA this presents as the government website where I could do that, but it is not. I repeatedly searched for ETA and it dishonestly led me to something else. I feel like I have been scammed.

Your website is misleading. You give the impression that you are able to get the Visa for the country you are traveling to. To be honest I don’t know what is your function. I am a US citizen trying to get a Visa for Qatar, but by the way the Visa us FREE. I traveled a lot and shame in me for a for falling for a deceiving name.
My husbands Visa has still not been processed after countless emails. He sent through a color copy of his passport as your organisation asked for. He has still not recieved confirmation or a document! Visa 674008 is my number

Don't waste your money with them! This is the worst service, dealing with dozen random people, repeating, emails, spam. I traveled to over 40 countries and always applied it myself and got it in few days. This time I made an exception hoping they'll save me time, be efficient. My experience with US - that too an active, existing, visa renewal that's still valid for few months. I applied to renew it so its easier later travel in the year. a.) I requested for a city as I live & work here but was given a different city entirely. b.) my wife & kid applied themselves – it took them 10 minutes and they got earlier appointment and also saved $150-200 of their money. c.) Despite doing all this, I’m asked to submit more documents again all over. d.) whole service is outsourced as i see random emails, survey forms, spam, offers, new people each time. e.) An appointment that's 14 months away when my scheduled trip is this year. If they can't deliver or get the date range requested for whatsoever reason (as its Consulate backlog related), simply be honest and refund. A whole month wasted & money with ivisa. Most consulates you can apply for yourself or your travel agent can guide you - it may take a little effort but you'll save money & time and manage the process yourself.

I registered with your company in February 1,2023. I sent the extra 72.00 so I would receive my Kits faster. It is now February 9 and I still have not received anything. I guess I will not be able to go on my trip which was set for late March.
The program worked very poorly and did not recognize many important details (age of applicants, origin of applicants). The corresponding feedback from the employees requested on never came. At the end - horrible trouble and a lot of money.

I applied for USA VISA with my wife in one application. She got the visa. I didn’t get it!!!!!! We have the same passports issued in the same country, same date, same address, same country of birth. I am 70 she is 64. Can you explain why this very strange rejection to me ???? Now we paid the fees for nothing. As We can’t travel because we must travel together to help each other. I ordered the express passport and still have not received my kit. The promised date is way past due
I decided to use the service and paid extra fees for I need the passport rush with no delays. Was told my kit was mailed out 8/20/22 and I will receive it 2-3 working days. I did not receive the kit til 8/27/22. Looking at the package the kit was stamp on 8/22/22. Still I received the kit on 8/27/22 not the 2-3 working days that was guaranteed. The whole reason I paid extra fees is to rush the process. I could have done it through the government webpage and have the same return time frame without the extra charge through this webpage.

I received the confirmation of receipt of purchase, in this email, asking for comments. At the bottom of the page it states that I may wait until I receive my confirmation information. This was dated 8July2K22. Today, is 27July2K22, and I, nor my wife have received any response, nor an Identification Number, so that I might track the process.
It's been 2 weeks but I haven't received the printed passport picture I purchased.
The delivery service was bad for the following reasons: - not tracable delivery of the photos - delay of delivery 6 and we have not received them - suggested solution to print the photos at CVS for not additional cost, but I had to pay at CVS extra - poor quality at CVS 50+% of the photos were terribly printed - wait time for resolving the problem online 30+ minutes The only star you get is for the friendly of the team members providing their support
I have not received passport photos (it has been over a week) and when inquired with the customer service email, the email would not deliver. Is this a real business?
The pictures didn't work in the passport photo online check. The government rejected them. There were no instructions for using the photos so perhaps this system does work but I won't ever know. I had to go to a physical passport photo shop to get them done and of course, had to pay AGAIN.
Unfortunately I didn’t realise I was being charged a huge admin fee over and above the price of the Face value cost of an Esta. As a result this has cost me more than I needed to pay. Don’t use this site for your Esta, it should only cost you $14-$21 per person applying.
I did not like how the background of the photo was edited to white. My background was already white and making the white fake made the photo look strange.

Photos never arrived. Very disappointing. Update - I spoke with them as the photos still have never arrived. They issued a refund that is half of what I paid. I would not use this company.
Bad website, poor information and overloaded with unneccessary information, and most importantly unreasonably expensive, with no added value, I would never travel to US if not workrelated! Consider omit the whole ESTA!!
Impossible to get ahold of their customer service team. They mishandled the address used for the passport renewal, and needed to resend me the DS-82 form. That took 2 days. They also did not include the expedited shipping label or envelope in my kit. I was told to purchase this myself and they will reimburse. I am now waiting for them to tell me where I need to mail my completed kit. I asked for this information 24 hours ago and have followed up 3x. This process has been delayed 5 business days due to errors made my iVisa and lack of responsiveness. I will never use this service again and recommend people use other companies if they’re trying to renew their passport in a short period of time.
The application form wouldn’t even allow me to say which type of visa I would like to apply for. I found out after purchasing that they enrolled me with a tourism visa which isn’t what I wanted at all.
I paid rush hours fees £62 but I received after more than 12 hours and on vise usa mentioned only cost $14 really really disappointed and I want refund u can cut what ever u same day fees this not right what ever u charged me
I have yet to receive my photo and he’s been over a week and a half. They need to communicate better with the retail stores who print the pictures. I went to Walgreens to pick up the picture and they said their photo center had been down for weeks. The machines were not working and they didn’t have any paper. Better communication between the two companies will be helpful for the customer.

My photos that I paid extra for the “guarantee” that they would be accepted, we’re in fact rejected due to the background editing that you did. You did not follow through on your “guarantee”. I need a refund.
