When I went to pick up the order at the store they did not have my order and had no idea what I was talking about. This made me miss my appointment because the photo was never sent to the store to be printed.
I used this website because I thought I was getting a Visa to travel to the US. The letter they sent does not help me travel. Please do not use this website.
I ordered a passport photo and when I applied for the passport the photo said it was rejected!
The photo was returned with a heavily filtered look which rendered it ineligible for Passport. Seems to have undergone a file compression as well. Faces flushed to the point of blurriness.
Ordered 2 sets of prints. Only 1 set was delivered. Prints that were delivered came out looking filtered/digitally altered. Unusable. Waste of money.
I used this service for ease and accuracy. However I found it was a waste of time and money. I went an extra 35 USD for rushed service as I needed to buy a flight. I got the document in 7 days. What I found fraudulent was they mentioned the document wasn't ready and blamed the government. I went onto the EVUS website myself, which is easy (do it yourself!), and found the document was authorized in 1 day! So why not pass it along to me, your paying customer for another 6 days? No reason. Stress inducing and anxiety filled journey with them. It also says they'll email the attestation which they still have NOT. Delta App already provided this. I should have a full refund as I feel even the basic service was not done to completion.
I inquired if I would receive the necessary QR code required to enter Hawaii, and was told yes. When we got to the gate, the codes were not accepted. I feel like I was conned by you. The airline employee, helped us, luckily, and we got on the flight, no thanks to your company. I’m out roughly $54.00. Claudia Weist
I paid for expedited service for passport renewal. My kit is 3 weeks late and I haven’t hear back from customer service.
I sent two pics of my infant for passport printing. IVisa did edit the background of one from off white to white, however they left the sizing exactly as I sent it rather than zooming out slightly so that the pics would have the face fill the correct dimensions. At my passport appointment the official told me the head was too large (filled to much of the frame) this would have been an easy fix for IVisa. Unfortunately I had to pay for new photos and printing at the session and wake up my infant to get her to pose which is what I had been trying to avoid.
They return all my paper work. This was a waste of my money
It has been 9 days since iVisa received my expedited passport renewal application. They received it on day one and mailed it back to me without tracking info. I still haven't received my passport application package and cannot talk to a real person about this issue. For the life of me I cannot understand why an expedited passport application kit would come to me and not be trackable. I want my money back and will handle the application myself.
There should be a step to review the application and pictures you submitted before clicking submit. Additionally, after I submitted my application I could not go back in to see what was submitted. I ended up receiving two different pictures of me instead of one I thought I submitted for my son and one for me. I was charged for two applicants when both pictures were of me. I would not recommend this service/website to anyone.
Would Not Accept I went to process my passport and they would not accept these pictures. I had to go around the corner to Walgreen's in the snow and get them done really quickly again so I could get my paperwork done. I have requested a refund and as of a week later I still have not received it. I should have known it was too good to be true.
When we went to pick up our pictures at our local drugstore, we were told Ivisa would not allow them to print them, even though the pictures had been approved. So we ended up paying again at the local drug store to have our pictures taken and processed again. I tried responding to an email that was sent and received a notification that the email address was invalid, even though I hit reply.
I feel I got screwed by iVisa. I used them previously to good advantage and was happy. When I tried to get help with a Columbia check mig form (that is exactly what I requested on their website) I ended up applying and receiving an "Attestation" form that I did not need. Cost me $45, and got no sympathy when I requested a refund. Their website needs tweaking; it is not user friendly.
The picture was not accepted as it was overly pixalated. There was also an obvious and very clumsy edit where someone had tried to remove a shadow. This wasted me a lot of time with a visa application
Unfortunately, I personally cannot recommend this service as twice photo was shipped to my Immigration Layer and never got there and then I have requested and paid a new photo set to be sent to my home address and never came either.
I am not sure why we have to pay $10 for a service where I have to verify if my prints are being printed or if the location’s photo machine is working and then get to the store and still have to pay for the prints.
This is worst service experience I had. Its more than 7 days and have still not received my photos in mail. There is no customer service number I can contact and email.
I paid for next day delivery, now I’m being told it takes 3-5 days to arrive (when I could have paid for the 3-5 day shipping) and now I still do not have my passport 7 days later. I may lose out on the ability to travel abroad because of iVisa.
I never received my order. Since there is no tracking information there is no way to identify what happened to the order.
I will never get a passport from these ppl. Will contact my cc company
I used their passport photo from home service with expert help (at an extra cost) and printed at CVS. I was emailed a confirmation that the photos met the requirements of a US passport but when I collected the photos from the CVS but the proportions of the photo were clearly incorrect (my head size, from chin to top of head, were longer than 1 3/8 inches). I then paid CVS to have my photo done and printed, which met the requirements. I emailed iVisa asking for a refund because they had not provided me with the service promised, especially after I paid extra for an "expert" to confirm my photo was correct, I was told that once the order is processed a refund cannot be issued. So even though I paid for iVisa's service and did not receive the service I paid for and the fact that I then paid for the same service from CVS to correct iVisa's mistake, I have not been given a refund.

I was supposed to get a health pass to enter Guatemala, they charge me 12.50 to get it. They register me with the US embassy which i never asked and they never gave me a health pass. They marked my process as completed. This is a fraud so I wont ever process anything with them again.
I decided to use this service because i needed my passport photos in a timely manner. In the page it said they should arrive within 3-5 business days. I placed my order about mid month and still haven’t received them. I tried contacting someone to receive help and all i was getting was a link to see my order status (witch was set as finished) and even after specifying what my concern was, i still wasn’t getting any (useful) help on what could we do to fix the situation i was in. I think receiving help from a service you’re seeking should not be this hard and confusing. I tried to wait it off but It’s been 12 business days and i still don’t have my photos… at this point i feel like I’ve been scammed; which it’s upsetting because this seemed like a “trustworthy” site.
My order was placed with a 4 hour turnaround window for me to receive it at the closest pharmacy that prints. It took more than 24 hours to receive my order after I wrote several times to ask about the status. I also paid for the printing service which was supposed to be included in my fee. For these reasons I would not recommend iVisa.
They offered a visa waiver into the USA, I get an attestation form which is available online for free, and doesn't do anything for entry.
I ordered my photos on Saturday for an appointment on Thursday. They confirmed they shipped on Saturday and would arrive in 2-4 business days. It’s been 7 business days and they never arrived. I had to pay again for photos not to mention the anxiety of waiting for them before my appointment. I contacted customer service and they would not issue me a refund. Awful experience.
Their system told me that the picture was unacceptable but they sent it to me anyway.
I thought I was gettting a visa to Cuba and instead I received that you will inform the government. Talk about false advertisement. You have my $12.99
Eight days after order and still no pictures. Starting to wonder if this is simply a scam.
2nd copy of photo had slight smudge caused from envelope used to hold the picture. The discrepancy can be viewed under the light at an angle. The envelope used to ship picture is inadequate.
Passport photo was to be used for international driver license permit. Photo sent to cvs that didn’t have a printer working. Tried to get it sent to other cvs but didn’t work. Eventually couldn’t get the passport photo in time before leaving out of country. Ended up with nothing and didn’t even get a full refund. Just wasted money and time.
I could have just gone to CVS pharmacy, spent 15 minutes, let them take the photo, ensure that I was in proper position and lighting, paid my $14 and been done. but instead I paid iVisa that same amount, took three days of back and forth emails, retaking and resending photos, then they finally said it was ok, sent the order to CVS to be printed, and CHARGED ME AGAIN the 0.42 cent printing fee for one photo. What a rip off and a time waster. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME ON THIS, Just go to Walgreens or CVS and have it done while you wait, Much faster
The photo that I got wasn’t accepted at the passport office They never refunded the money and the reason they gave me for not refunding my money was that their team worked very hard Avoid this company
Cheating the customers by using the CVS, Walgreens etc sources. They charge 100 times more the customers. The pay 16 cents for the phone while they charge $16 for two photos that are not even cut properly for passport. I wanted a 2x2 passport photo the give me 4x6 photo. That’s what you call a rip-off. Honesty is the best policy by for the Tricky is the best policy. Shame on them.
I asked a question and the response was basically, “here’s the link.” I also asked if it was possible to renew my passport three years early and didn’t receive a response. I am blocking you.
Horrible service! How can it be that ordering two passport photos takes over a month to deliver? It's been over a month since they informed me the pictures were on their way (which would take 2-3 weeks), it has now been over a month and they still haven't arrived! 2-3 weeks in this day and age?? Are they too cheap to send it via regular mail? i.e. air mail? This is completely unacceptable and I strongly advise anyone considering using IVisa's service to consider finding someone more reliable. I now have to spend more money to have someone else do the service I paid them to do. Thanks for NOTHING, IVisa. com!
It's too good to be true. Did not get my photo within the 4-hour window as advertised. Nobody give any updates if the photo was printed or not once it was sent to the local store. I had to call my store to check in and no photo was printed. It's good that I got my refund.
The App wasn't friendly to use, the translation to spanish wasnt avilable full time and when It was wasn't clearly.
I didn’t receive my photos so far. It has been 8 days since I ordered it. So disappointed! And I don’t know how to get my money back.
I made an error on my application, and printed it, before I found the error. I’ve sent a message asking how do I correct it, without repaying the fees.
My name was not even wrote in the edv form properly . Its extreme negligence. Never thougt i can happen with this service. Lost hope.
I paid $18 to iVisa for two photos that I never got. I visited the CVS store many times but there was no order under my name. Because of iVisa I submitted my application one week late. I will never use iVisa again.

The pictures that were printed by iVisa where not the correct size that the foreign government required. I had to reprint and pay for another set through Walgreens. I am not happy with this application
Cropping the background digitally is not acceptable for a DV Visa Lottery. So it might not be acceptable for passports either......
They charged me for two orders which I placed on the same day and only sent me one. I’ve tried several times to explain to customer service but to no avail. I will dispute the second charge.
Initially sent wrong size photo (ordered european visa size, they sent U S passport size) even after paying extra for review/edit of photo to ensure compliance. They sent same size photo cut to Schengen visa 35mm x 45mm size making it NOT compliant. A total waste of time and money!
