The overall process was excellent and quick. It isn’t the best priced service, but suited our timeframe for Visa.
The process was straightforward with clear instruction. It was easy to use. provided you had all your personal data at hand. My experience was difficult because I started using my laptop but all requested files ( ie photos) were on my mobile phone. If you do not have a file sharing functionality, I suggest that you apply using a device that holds your passport details can take photos.

The application process is easy to follow. I have some issues when upload documents. I would be great if we can take photos of docs and upload at the same time.

Pretty straight forward process, photo took me a while. Excited about my trip there next year!!
The procedure is relatively simple and short. It would be a good idea to prepare an image in advance on the computer desktop, which would save the hassle of taking the photo and the need to use the phone.
All in all, the site allows you to submit a visa application in an easy and user-friendly way. The cost is a bit high for how long the visa lasts. It would also be helpful to get a list of all needed documents and photos beforehand so the registration can flow smoothly without stopping. My impression is that the site is really efficient and easy to use.
Several options for identification which made the process. It was good because it was all self service.
Be aware that you have to fillin numerous pages and the payment section is only about half way through.

I think my experience was quite good. Unfortunately, I couldn't work out if I had completed my application or not. It wasn't made very clear - that part only. But besides that, all other areas were understandable.

Relatively easy to complete except for needing a numbered reference for a previous entry which was more than 30 years ago. Then found that there were no visa restrictions then, so a better explanation of timeframes would be helpful.

In the end I got what I applied for , easily, on line, which is renewal of my passport.
It was relatively easy to fill in. There were a couple of things that needed a bit of working out as to why they system didn't like it
