This was quick and efficient. It cost a lot more than going through normal channels but was super quick.
It was fairly easy to follow, I am not computer savvy and yet was able to follow pretty much everything asked except the picture, that cause me a bit of a problem but finally was able to do it.
Process very straight forward. Did have some difficulty using my credit card but all gd in the end.
I can't offer a complete review as of now because I haven't received my Passport yet but I can review the process up to this point. Your instructions are clear & concise which is important to older, technically challenged individuals like myself. The only thing that was frustrating , and this is not unique to your company, was the photo taking process. No matter how hard I tried my attempt was unsuccessful. I eventually went to Walgreens & had it taken professionally. I'm not sure exactly what you can do to make the process easier but that was the only difficulty that I had. So far, I'm pleased with your service.
why is the cost for the visa US $21, but at the end of my application it was NZ $215.33, which is UN $127?

team has the hardworking capabilities in tracking the process even with some updates for the approval - very expressive. but the cost charge seems to be beyond upper range - a little bit expensive.

Easy but pricey! Convenient since we were in transit and doing it last minutes. But cost was more than twice the amount that the actual website charges. Since the website for Korea was very slow. I had no choice but to pay the extra.

Well being a New Zealander I have to apply for a visa to enter the US. My wife being an American citizen dosen't have too. This site was quick and easy to make an application so why not use it??

Was challenging at first, but I figured out most requirements. I did try responding to an email about our group's arrival date, but the email was rejected
I found it very easy, but, I did have a problem with my wife's passport photo to be accepted. It took 7 attempts before it was. This was due to poor passport photo. My wife has white hair. This seems to be a problem with white hair people.
It took me a little while to navigate the forms but once I got into it I found it a lot easier as I progressed through. ivisa processed my application in a matter of hours. I expected it would take a least a few days. I was very impressed.
Questions were easy to understand and follow. However, I found it difficult to upload the photograph of my passport. That's possibly because I find technology not very easy.
Have yet to see the electronic record for this eVisa. Other than I am waiting the process and web site were pretty easy to navigate.

The website was not particularly easy for me to navigate. Yes I got the ESTA but was very surprised that it cost $21.00 but I paid up front "Total: AUD $114.48" I didn't understand that this is a third part. I have received the ESTA. It was quick and problem free. It is done. The service is fine, just be aware of the coast.

I am a little perplexed re the fee. The quote said $21 USD per person and we were charged over $200 AUD.
It is very user friendly and guides you through each section. Getting the photo's correct are the most difficult part
It was very easy to fill the form out, but was difficulity to upload the passport need to get help from you guys and the lady i spoke with was very helpful and help me do it.

Using IVisa lm apply for a Visa pretty straight forward and easy and I didn’t struggle to much then I usually would when using websites.
I have My visa and all Ok. But the process is a bit dificult if you are not very familiar with Technology
