The steps were easy to follow. In the end, I did not need it as I realized I already had one still valid in the passport before which I believe will work.

Easy… but sometimes directions not clear. I would love to be able to talk to a live person to answer some of my minor questions. Also, somewhat expensive.

As a Dominican Republic citizen (with a US and Canada 10 yr. visas) I was having difficulties getting to Antigua and other Caribbean islands due to visa restrictions. Fortunately managed to get one in time to spend Xmas in my sons sailboat. Trust it works!
The one issue I had was on my mobile app I was directed to enter a 6digit code that was sent to my email. The email did not contain an6 digit code. There was a log into account button. So every time I go to my my app on phoneI have to go through the same exercise. Better to just say there is a link in email that willl direct me to site vs a 6 digit code that is non existent. Otherwise very fast response and easy to apply online.

I had searched other sites for assistance with visas.. this experience was very straight forward and it was easy to navigate the site. As well as this, it was cheaper!
Everything was good. My only suggestion would be to have a better whatsapp experience for the customer and also not so many chains within one email. I received feedback questions while I was talking to an iVisa expert, and that is something that bothers me visually and for when I want to look for a conversation.

Finally, you did well,, but it was disappointing in the beginning. BUT ONE DISAPPOINTING ISSUE CURRENTLY IS AN APPOINTMENT OF 18TH OCTOBER 2023...What is the use of that appointment when my international counsel meeting in Grand Rapids Michigan and Canada { i have Canadian Visa till 2026} in September 2023? And USA embassy in Kenya had stated through the media that we can just send our documents via DHL and Visa will be issued, especially if the visa expired recently. We were asked not to come for any appointment. Could check and advice? edwyn
My first experience was good. Improvements can be made however in the number of times additional information is requested. The form should be simplified so that from the onset ALL possible information needed will be highlighted.

The business concept is very good. For US Passport renewal, you provide a very convenient service: No need to go to any government places. No need to go take a physical passport photo. No need to fill out any application information by hand. Suggest improvement: On your renewal page, please clearly point out there are 2 steps. Step 1 self portrait. Step 2 take a picture of your old passport.
Your use of the "Q" reader to upload the passport photo made it so much easier than using the official government website- thank you

It was very easy to arrange for my ESTA on this site and I received it within 24 hours. I just found it a bit difficult to view it on their website and had to ask for an emailed version, which they organised very quickly for me and it’s valid for two years which is even better. Thanks.
iVisa prepared passport photos for me from photos I took myself. They were prompt and did exactly what they said. The reason for only four stars is as follows. I will not know for a few weeks if the photos are acceptable to the passport agency. If so, this becomes 5 stars. If not, this becomes 1 star. I gave them four because so far they did everything they said in the timeframe they said.
Great service! Happy with our pictures and speed. We got a mix of emails saying we needed to fix things about our pictures but also got emails at the same time saying everything was fine. We got tips from the YouTube videos that were very very important that weren't in the app. The frame in the app isn't even correct for passports.
I was a little confused by continued requests for a picture but realized I wasn't following instructions. You provide a great service.

I think it was nice to register I just would try to make the payment easier for foreigners because not everybody has a credit card

They make sure pictures were correct. Helped me with the process. We’re very nice. Sent pictures right away. No way to track delivery but they did come in a week. Easy to use.
