Even though there were delays the whole experience was professional fairly easy to navigate and within a few days it was ready
Service was great. Only had a couple of issues. One was me and having my glasses on when I took my picture so I had to redo it and then when I received my passport it showed both on the web and in the app to sign the document and use the supplied return label and send them back. Well as it turned out I didn’t need to do any of that. I just signed my passport and put it away ready to use it for my next trip. The service was great and super fast. Thank you iVisa.

I started doing the application yesterday,but after i paid they asked me name and address of hotel. Next dialoge box wanted me to put down the hotel telephone number,which to me was unessary since i gave them tge name and address of the hotel. I went to the American embassy in Malta but they were not helpfull at all. Because the gaurd didnt gave me the chance to talk to the clerk behand the desk. I only wanted to ask how to retrieve my application. But thanks to you you sent me an email to continue my application. Thank you alot.
