After completing 3 wrong visa forms online this was by far the most user friendly portal for tourists. It is presented in clear, easily understood language and in 3 easy steps. The hardest step was uploading the passport image. Without a scanner it was a simple 4 step fix. 1 Take a photo of the passport page with a mobile phone using the given parameters online 2. Print the photo 3. Take another photo of the print with a mobile phone ( no shine, past cropping or distortion occurs) 4. The process was easy, quick and self explanatory. I received a reply in less than 2 hours. I really did not expect it to be so simple, especially since there is a lot of rumours of how difficult it is to apply for Visas to the US.

It all went very well, I just got a bit confused at how to download my passport photo. But I worked it out in the end. I liked the idea that you can save each function so you don't have to start all over again after a mistake , another one I liked is that once I downloaded the photo and had to get back to continue it was all saved as well and I could carry on.
