I could not get my visa through government site, kept rejecting my passport pics (I had 3 made!). Took them all through paint, getting size and resolution to specs. Never told me why pic was repeatedly rejected. Submitted app to ivisa and sent me request for another pic bc first was blurred. Told me to just take a selfie, which I did and magic happened, they got me my visa!!! All I needed was a selfie!! They were responsive to my questions and so helpful and pleasant, I am thrilled with the service and results I got. Many thanks!!

vIsa is a great service. Easy to use and very accurate description of what one needs to be aware of for different countries. The whole situation of visa required or not required is so confusing.
Other members of our group reported very difficult/impossible experiences with direct embassy e-visa attempts. So I went directly to this service. Couldn’t have been easier. Except, of course, for my doing a selfie passport photo. But that was my fault as ivisa warns against trying the selfie route.
IVisa was very helpful in giving instructions on how to make passport photos acceptable.

It was easy to obtain a Visa once I figured out that the email sent to proceed with the Visa does not work with yahoo. Fortunately, I also have a Google account that is compatible with the format but it took me three times before it worked.

Tried many times to get my eVisa for Uzbekistan but kept getting the message that my photo didn't meet the requirements. I finally went to iVisa and they got it done in just a few days for a very reasonable fee of $20. I had the same positive experience with them with three other family members. These folks know what they are doing and were very helpful. For me it was money well spent.

I was nervous with the government site for e-visa difficult to navigate and only accepting Visa card payment (not MasterCard etc) but ivisa made it so simple and for me the e-visa in plenty of time. Will probably use again
