Back to Australia visa
  • You got my name wrong and the email was addressed to Philip (my middle name), otherwise the experience was OK

  • I put in some wrong information but was unable to delete it or start again. Then l received an email asking for more information. A few minutes later l received another email saying my visa had been approved without my adding any information. Then l was instructed to download the visa and make a paper copy, which, as an elderly person who is not very tech savvy, l am unable to do.

  • Nothing went wrong. I received my visa less than 24 hours after applying.

  • Kept having to resubmit my photo. I even submitted my photo from last year, which you accepted first time around. Whoever reviewed this year, decided I needed to show my ears! Apparently my ears are small and flat to my head and my face is rather round so my ears don’t show. Totally ridiculous. Very frustrating.

  • Unclear visa photo specifications Today 3/10/24 is my third attempt at redoing it.

  • Had to submit the same picture three times. There needs to be a live person with whom you can speak. For those of us who are not computer literate. Should offer a service, at additional cost, where someone could walk you through the process step by step.

  • You charges are too high. It’s good to get the visa direct from immigration

  • We were charged twice. The application process was very difficult for a technologically challenged senior. Emailed several times for help and received no response.

  • You made me redo the photo 3 times. You said they were "too small." They were over 200K. I think you misfiled them and it was easier to ask me to redo them. The Chat help was fine!

  • App keeps freezing Not clear that you could process two visa on one payment

  • The visa acquisition was easy! So let me start by thank you for facilitating that. My actual flight time is more than 24 hours from the time I submitted my application but the website would not let me chose the 24 hour option. I was forced to pay more than double for rush - even though it was not necessary.

  • Tried to add my husband to my ivisa and app crashed So now I have to go back and figure out how to do everything again

  • Submitted my application for Australian visa. Paid my money, then I kept getting the same response to send in a photo of my passport. I resent it about 5 times, kept receiving the same response,so I reached out to your representatives. Via email as suggested. May I say this was definitely a disconnect. Messaging or one on one phone calls may work better.

  • Paid for 2 people and have only received Eta visa for one. Will require phone and emails.

  • Took so so so so long, when it could have been in 24 hours. It took 2 weeks. so much frastration and paid for 24 hours. Anyway finally got it allhumdolillah. Thanks Regards Qamar Qureshi

  • The App is not work as advertize for the iPone. You Scan app supposedly can read the chip on my passport. Instead I have to type in all the information, and use your scan app to take phot of my document. I need to go through several iterations to get the glare out. Finally I figured out I need not to use the flash in your app. The human interface is much needed to be improved. The charge fee is too high on top of the Government charge. It is out of proportion

  • I read Australia ETA application related info page and go on to the ‘Apply now’ button at the bottom of the same page, paid SGD86+, end up only realised the application is for DPD not for ETA. That was very misleading and confusing!

  • We had a great deal of difficulty with the photo. Apparently, the issue was with the government site but you did not tell us that. You rejected picture after picture, because it was blurred or pixilated or had glare. We tried over and over and it wasn't until we had tried multiple times that you informed us that the real problem was with the government site. We wasted hours and came close to cancelling our trip

  • Would not use. Already received ETA for free from official website and within 20min

  • The start of the process was great but as soon as I had a question about my visa I hit a massive block. Three emails to you guys starting a week ago with no response. That is poor

  • I made an error and emailed customer support to remedy. I followed up with the requested items and have not heard back in days with my flight fast approaching. I think the service is legit, so I reapplied, but it made me a little wary of the responsiveness if you need them.

  • I tried to do the eta via the government website and I was getting an error on dates. But I found iVisa.com and my Visa was approved in 30 minutes.

  • I was asked to pay US$20 for the Visa. According to the travel website 20 Australian dollars are required. Which one is correct? I am a Canadian citizen travelling from Canada to Australia

  • Annoying approach to asking for a copy of my passport after the fact. Why not just tell me up front?

  • Paid for super fast processing of 1 hour but it took over 2 hours. Got to airport half hour after process complete but the Air Canada ticket agent had not received the electronic confirmation. We gave them our printout copy and barely managed to make our flight from YYJ to YVR.

  • Not happy with the communication. Seems like more people dealing with my case and not reading my emails properly.
    DenisaOctober 21, 2019
  • Took too long. 4 days is unacceptable. Had to get another visa from a different vendor to make it in time.
Stanley Hai Ching WongOctober 19, 2019
  • Paid 70 USD for the 30 minute service because I'm disorganized and was about to check in for my flight. Took 53 minutes and I had to chase up with their support team - good support but poor delivery to expectations.

  • I don't think the service should be advertised as 2 hours if it's going to take longer than 2 hours. I almost missed my flight because of the delay. I also paid for 2 hour service. I don't feel I got what I paid for.

  • Applied for super rush and it arrived about 1 hr and not the 30 mins

  • applying for the VISA was really easy. However, downloading the VISA was a major head ache

  • Stuck on an airport, receiving emails on delays in processing and missing flights for that reason
    PETER VINKEApril 30, 2019
  • I applied for two ETA's. Both arrived but were different in textual format and content. This is an unnecessary source of confusion.

  • I was happily surprised that my visa was approved in a timely manner. I got the confirmation email within a few hours. However when I got the airport they couldn’t verify that I had one. I even showed them the email and they said they couldn’t see that it was approved. They had to apply for a whole new one for me. Didn’t help!

  • WE SENT YOU THE DOCUMENTS ON FEBRUARY 28TH BUT YOU SENT THEM TO GOVERNMENT ONLY ON MARCH 5TH.

  • We couldn’t process my husband visa because they showed that he was still in Australia! We were in Australia April 10,2017to get on the Radiance of the Sea for a 8 day cruise ,got off in Sydney on the 18th of April and got on the Explorer of the Sea on the 22nd of April, 2017 heading back to Seattle Washington arriving there on May 17, 2017. For some unknown reason, they totally missed the fact that my husband got on the ship with me.Now we are still fighting to get that resolved so that we can try again to get his visitor visa, because we are going back to Sydney for a cruise on Mar. 23 2019 which goes to New Zealand on the Radiance of the Sea and ending up in Vancouver on the 17th of May. But we can’t unless they fix the problem,so we can reapply for his visa. At this point in time we need some more help to get this resolved. I reapplied for an Australian visitor visa for My husband again on Jan 27 at the advise of Gorge Rodrequiz and it came back denied. I called ivisa back and after waiting 20 minutes I was told by a representative that there was nothing that you could do for me and my money was returned! He then told me that the only thing that we could do was to drive for 7 hours to the nearest embassy here in Tx and talk to them! Not the kind of help that I needed and when I asked him for the phone number for the embassy in Houston,Tx, he hung up on me! That’s the kind of help that I received!

  • I was unaware of the requirement for a visa. Once appraised of the requirement, I went for the rush service (30 minutes) as my flight was due to depart within 2 and a half hours. After 30 minutes no ETA visa. Tried using the chat facility. Took over 15 minutes to respond. Pressed for service and they eventually achieved the ETA. Made flight with seconds to spare. Upset that it was advertised as 30 minute service and cost extra money but did not materialize in the time stated. Poor marketing. There should be a refund.

  • will not ever recommend it to anyone - took too long - the virgin desk in LAX apparently offers it in 20 minutes , - cost too much - 70USD when the virgin desk in LAX apparently offers it for 20 USD - the website stayed in "received application" without moving to the other categories - i got the email more than 30 minutes after paying for it - and yet the delta desk still could not issue the boarding pass for another ten minutes. Awful

  • It was really easy. When I made an error there was a modify button to use so I could fix everything. Thank goodness.

  • It is indicated in ivisa’s website that acquiring visa takes only 24 hours without problem. It took almost 4 weeks before I received my visa. According to the person I was chatting with, since our departure will be on December, our application will be forwarded to the Australian embassy on the 2nd week of October because there are many applicants. I applied for visa early so I can buy my tickets asap so it will not be too expensive. However, the person handling our application is not aware of it and just wanting to delay my visa application. It is discouraging to be threated that way.
