I received my visa with my maiden name on it instead of the name in ALL my documentation. This is a major error on your side and the AI assistant said I should request a new VISA to be issued. This is insane, why would I have to pay again for YOUR mistake??
I did not have an internet connection at Munich airport and did not recieve an SMS, as promised. Therefore, we waited for the visa, which did not come in time. The scsn of the passport was accepted in the first round. An expensive ticket could not be used and my husband flew alone to Australia. I must say, this was not my day. I am not sure if I will consider flying to Australia again, even though I have had great friends and great experince from that beautiful country.
I had a lot of troubles in scanning the passports because the automatic check always detected any shadows although that were no shadows but the rim of the passport envelope. I therefore suggest to check the system in order to avoid such difficulties.

I answered questions on form for a tourist visa. Was asked for payment which I submitted . Then after paying I was asked to answer questions on page 2.I am a senior and spent days trying to transfer pictures you asked for . We applied under 24 hr visa deadline to Australia. Flight left 27 hours later did not get approved till 20 minutes to departure missed flight horrible customer experience had to resubmit pics 4 times sent 15 e mails all with static answers and excuses. Your reply is inaccurate as it was not completed on time and my arrival date was 27th at 8 am departure date from usa was 25th . And it took 12 emails of prompts.. airlines require 2 hr prior check in and despite all my e mails and assurances you failed to deliver on time.

Poor communication on why photos were not being accepted with different reasons given and took 5 days to get the visa finalized when in should have taken 24 hours based upon what I paid for.

The Australian gov says we have to use their app to get the 601 visa. Your app shouldn’t be doing it, and charging us. I want my money back.

I don't know what is going on. I follow the instructions exactly like the supplied instructions and it gets rejected. Not only that but the rejected shows the wrong picture for the person. Shows my picture for the wifes. Then I put in the same proper picture for the wife and it gets rejected again. This has happened for both Australia and New Zealand. Frustrating experience and I'm too old to get Frustrated!!!!

It's a scam! stay away... Visa for Australia they "provide" are fake. There is no record of it in anywhere - you will likely be stopped at the border. I can not believe the amount of "good" reviews here. Scammers these days became so good at their job... Luckily I got my money back through my bank.
iVisa is a total scam and deceiving - charged me USD 23.99 to review the Australian arrival card for tourists. I wanted help with an Australian visa not the arrival card. Impossible to get a refund! Paid for a visa application ($48), was given an incoming passenger declaration instead, that can be easily picked up at the immigration department. This has been a complete scam. Don't make my mistake and avoid this website at all costs.

I was approved but I still haven't heard if my husband was approved. $143 was deducted from my bank account instead of $47 as was told.
Be aware that even though the site was easy to use however, they implied that I needed a New Zealand visa which I found out later that I did not and was charge more than I was quoted. Next time, I will deal directly with the embassy.

I had purchased the 1 hour turnaround service. But unfortunately the entire process took about 3 hours. I was asked to resubmit my passport photo and selfie multiple times. The most frustrating part of it was that there is no direct chat (as advertised on the website) or a phone line I can call. All communications were done through email. Overall not a very good experience.

Don’t trust iVisa! Travel visa to Australia for less then 3 months cost Max 20$. They charged me 117$!! I didn’t know. My bad. They are using people who don’t know. They send me email back they put my picture on the wall for costumer of the year!? Laughing at me they show how stupid I was.

What a waste of money! I paid for the 4 hour express and received a declaration with my name on it. The check in could not do anything with that. So I went to ETA app and paid $20 ad got my visa in 10 minutes, and the check in counter had already received it. So... very frustrating.

Web site extremely difficult to navigate. Had to use my sisters i phone to complete application. Could not do it on my smart phone. Difficult to get picture taken. Kept rejecting my husband's photo saying he was smiling. He was not. Just took a long time to get thru process
It required 4-5 passport scans to finally be approved. While the processing of the phots are adequate the acceptance was not.
The visa to Australia took very long time because of covid and Australian government. I ask iVisa a lot of times about that but got not any help. I had to check with Australian immigration site to get information. I had been more satisfied if I only had direct contact with the immigration!

Although the communication was up to date and people emailed me back within an hour. I paid 90US dollars for the visa to be ready in 24 hours. It took 53 hours which put me in a very stressful state. The emails that came back said it was approximately 24 hours and when the visa was with the Australian embassy they could not do anything. I totally appreciate that but the marketing strategy is to get it to you in 24hours which this company did not deliver on!

The transit declaration is pointless you can download the DPD app and do it yourself for free and it processes instantly instead of paying $60 for it to get done in 24 hours
I believe I have been scammed through this site. I cannot get ahold of anybody to help and I have more money withdrawn from my account than I should have. When I got to the airport I had no visa showing so the visa application I had approved through this is not valid.
