Was in transit in Johannesburg when we realised I had not done my free e Visa for Australia. I have done this Visa my self on line and it normally takes under 2hrs. As we had limited time we chose to use iVisa. We had 5 hrs in transit but decided to pay the $70 for the super fast guaranteed in 1hr Visa. iVisa never supplied the Visa and I missed my flight. I asked iViss many times what was happening and they said it was out of their control. I regret ever getting tricked into using iVisa. The following morning I did the Visa my self and flew 24hrs late. When we spoke to Australian immigration they said never use 3rd party companies to do your Visa. I haven't had a refund.
Made one typing error rang within five minutes of completion still cost £16.00 to to correct
Poor. Applied Sunday waited till the 11th hour today, Friday for approval and needed help from High Commission in Pretoria to get it approved. VERY POOR!
I choose the 24h option by mistake, I wanted the 30 minutes option Wich I choose after. iVisa add the fees of the 30 minutes option to the 24h option instead of charging the difference between those options... Otherwise the 30 minutes option took less than 3 seconds.
Paid for 30 minutes and did not receive in time for my flight.
Bad customer service. A mistake was made on my visa and when I contacted support they were quite rude, and said I'd need to redo the visa and pay the full amount again.
said no one was there to help and that there was an error. I tried again, repeating the answers to all the same questions even though I had given them the info in the first enquiry and still no luck
I paid for the expedited (30-minute) service and did not receive a visa for 3 hours. This cause my wife and I to miss our flight and to incur additional charges for a flight change of $1000 (USD).
I was most disheartened to realize I was swindled out of 30 dollars... I figured out how to apply for an ETA for$20... The process was just as fast as paying ivisa for a 2 he rush job
Very poor service and communication with iVisa. Waited for 1 month to receive my eVisa to Australia. I had to follow up directly everything myself and call the government to keep checking on my visa. Even when my visa was granted, I wasn't informed about it by iVisa team. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! SCAM!!!
We paid $200 for expedited service. It didn't get expedited and the company lied about when we had submitted it, even though I have a time-stamped invoice. Came within a hair of missing my flight and had to rush with my two toddlers through the airport and beg staff to let us through.
The website was saying I could get a Visa in 72 hours with extra charge and the Visa came one week after, one hour before the boarding of the plane. They have said I am not eligible for ETA and I got ETA from another agency in 20 minutes. No more words,.I am talking with my lawyers about a legal action,
Premium 2 hour service: Costs USD50, and supposed to take 2 hours. It doesn't. After 2hours 15minutes with the status not even changing, I tried to contact them. Of course there is no phone number to call with a real person. So online chat is the only option. Was told "it's in progress". I asked what does that mean, and when can I expect it. Didn't get a response. No apologies, no explanation. They finally sent an email after 3 hours saying " we are experiencing high volume of work so there is a delay". I received the visa within about 3 1/2 hours, but I'm quite sure only because I contacted them about it. It's either a 2 hour service they offer after taking your USD50, or it isn't. So definitely only a 1 star service because I didn't get what I paid for.
I paid for the express fee which states the visa will be processed in 30 mins and did so while I was at the airport. I received the visa 24 hours later which is 22 hours after my flight departed. Paul
Pay $20 to wait a whole day to get a visa or pay $50 for them to “rush” order. OR ago straight to the ETA govt website and pay $20 and get your approval right away. This site was a waste of time
I paid £105 for an emergency visa for Australia Received e mail to say it would be confirmed within 14 minutes When I landed in Singapore 2 hours later, there was still no visa Had to pay a further $50 for another emergency visa through Singapore Airlines Very stressful experience and a waste of £105 !!
Refer to my separate Mail asking how you managed to Hi Jack an application to the immi.gov.au site so that you would be paid a fee for what should have been a free visa.
We applied for a super quick visa and paid the fee (58 GBP or 300 RM) for a sub-30min turnaround as we were already at the airport. After 90 mins we still didn’t receive the visa so managed to buy one immediately from the Malaysia airlines counter for 30RM and then received the email from ivisa approx 1hr 20mins after we had already left. I look forward to receiving a full refund at your earliest convenience as I would have missed my business class flight if I had relied on your service.
I paid to receive my visa in 30 minutes and it took 47 minutes so I missed my flight. I was waiting for my visa at the check in counter of the airport. It was urgent, this is why I took this service. The new ticket for my flight leaving today cost me an extra $1200 CAD and a night at the hotel in Sydney because I didn’t get there in time and it was not refundable.
Horrible experience!! I applied for Austrlia ETA for my UK passport. It was Friday morning, and I I needed to travel by Saturday night. I choose the 2 hr fast-track service. Keyed in all the details and did a screen print, just before I submitted. The visa was approved in the afternoon. As I was rushing with printing of presentations and booking of flights, I only notice on Friday night before midnight that the gender on my ETA was showing Female, vs my submission of "Male". I contacted them through chat (which seemed to be always busy or the person not very responsive, emails and calling the UK and US hotlines). I reached someone around 1.30am and he told me he was refer my case and get back to me. They sent me a corrected ETA around lunchtime Saturday, but then I spotted that they had missed of the passport expiry date. It's so unprofessional and poor service. It seems for fast track service, there is MANUAL handling of the visa applications which results in these errors. This was a horrifying experience, Imagine if I had flown 9hrs from to Sydney to be rejected by Australian Border Control, just because one detail was incorrect or missing from my Visa submission by iVisa?!
We applied for 15 minute visa but received it in almost 20 hours.
