Filling out the form was easy without any issues with the webpage and the application was granted in a few hours.
Even for a tech-challenged senior citizen the application was straightforward and easy to understand.I struggled a little with the photo of my passport but managed eventually.
Had a small problem with the application was informed of the issue and was able to correct immediately. All good after that.

I find it difficult to navigate the systems necessary for things like travel visas! I tried the free direct-to-government department application and gave up after a few mistakes. The iVisa consultants on WhatsApp were great, even after I submitted a photo of a different passport to the one I used to apply with. They were incredibly helpful and assisted me in uploading the correct one. Worth every penny.

The software is simple and manageable. That's the main thing. I've applied for visas to other countries and the software was an effing nightmare. Kept erasing your application after a mistake... Ends up taking hours!

Alana was prompt with replies, always able to help me, kind with good and relevant suggestions. Once I got passed the new template addition I was fine. I do however suggest that you let previous visa holders know in ADVANCE that there are now templates to be used. I collected much of my data, invitation letter etc as done previously in 2022 and then had to redo a lot of it. Please also consider a three year visa again - the additional cost of an annual visa application fee to an annual flight to Melbourne ( equivalent to a third of the price of the flight!) is difficult especially when retired !! As I am a chaotic traveler, and nobody told me I needed a visa, I used the speed procedure for the visa when I arrived on the airport and wasn’t allowed on the flight. And it worked. It was a more expensive but effective delivery of the visa in a couple of minutes.
