The information was clear, once I had paid the process flowed rapidly and upon submission an instant update followed by another saying the visa will take a longer than usual due to government approval. That said I got the visa at the revised time.

Fairly easy to navigate the site. I liked the way I could upload the passport information and the system validated it in real time, and enabled me to update incorrect information before submitting. I understand that I was entitled to a free visa to the country I was applying for but went into a payment cycle and ended up paying

Placing my order hasn’t been easy. There was some information to be corrected. And every time I tried to upload the required documents, the system displayed an error message. This went on for several days but thanks to the assistants, who were really helpful and supportive I finally got my visa.
