I received my visa with my maiden name on it instead of the name in ALL my documentation. This is a major error on your side and the AI assistant said I should request a new VISA to be issued. This is insane, why would I have to pay again for YOUR mistake??

The process is quick and quite straightforward. It was a little confusing to be instructed to take a photo of my face and then not asked to upload it.
I did not have an internet connection at Munich airport and did not recieve an SMS, as promised. Therefore, we waited for the visa, which did not come in time. The scsn of the passport was accepted in the first round. An expensive ticket could not be used and my husband flew alone to Australia. I must say, this was not my day. I am not sure if I will consider flying to Australia again, even though I have had great friends and great experince from that beautiful country.

I had a lot of troubles in scanning the passports because the automatic check always detected any shadows although that were no shadows but the rim of the passport envelope. I therefore suggest to check the system in order to avoid such difficulties.
Communications - pure and simple. A very anxious time was made tolerable by the frequent updates and immediate personal responses to queries. Diana, Tatiana, Jeison, Maria were all excellent. People are understandably sceptical when it comes to such services, but I can only relate my own experience, which has been exceptional. I am recommending iVisa to the other 40-50 people travelling to Australia for the same event. If the fee were double I would still recommend unequivocally.

You need to know how to upload scan or photo of passport - difficult if you are not tech or IT clever but otherwise ok

There was somebody at the end of the line who took the time to listen to the customer. I did have an issue with the software it kept saying the phot I uploaded was fine but some how it was not and when that was pointed out I corrected it and thenit worked like a charm
