Last time I used iVisa to get a visa it went smoothly and I did not have to wait too long
It was so easy to do tried elsewhere but to complicated so gave up and thought I would give this a go nice and easy to do and quick next day all done thanks

Pros: Very straightforward to navigate website. Forms easy to fill in. Only needed to supply a photo of the (UK) passport and not required to supply a seperate mugshot photo Very rapid response - ETA sent within 10 minutes. Great status updates Cons: Website needs some "response time" tuning - I stayed on the "upload passport photo" page for about 15 minutes whilst I sorted out a suitable photo - I began to receive "Order not yet complete" emails. The emails still kept arriving even after the order was completed AND the ETA had been delivered

Up to now I haven’t had any problems as I have used this site before and had no issues, got our visas with no complaints at the other side.
I found it tricky getting the photo done. And completing the box for my nationality had to have several goes before it accepted UK even thoughi live in New Zealand

At the time of requesting Visa's for Australia it was fairly straight forward. Then passport and photos were taken and forwarded on to visa each time I sent them in there was always a problem, too shiny and cropped . But I persevered and eventually was granted our visas. So the moral of the story is keep trying.
It took more than a few goes to understand what was required. We got there in the end but if it wasn’t for my persistence I don’t know how long it would have taken.

A lot of information to write down, a lot of documents to uploaded. However it was good and fast
Once you understand the process, easy to follow. Only downfall not being told it’s a two part form. Fill in one part and pay Next part completion. Both forms were replied to via email very quickly and efficiently
Excellent service with regular updates. The only reason it is not a 5-star, is because of the price. You pay a hefty fee to use the services. However, the fee is justified in the service delivery.

I put in some wrong information but was unable to delete it or start again. Then l received an email asking for more information. A few minutes later l received another email saying my visa had been approved without my adding any information. Then l was instructed to download the visa and make a paper copy, which, as an elderly person who is not very tech savvy, l am unable to do.

The information was easy to follow. Completing the form didn't take too long. Uploading passport - took some time but was informed when done correctly.
I object strongly to having to pay for a service only to discover that more details are required. Payment should be the last step in the process, so that the process can be cancelled at any stage. For this reason I will not use iVisa again.
Filling in this visa was so quick and easy . This site was so much better than the government site .
