The process of applying for Australia visas was very easy, good tips on the video, especially about the use of sellotape to keep the passport flat. The visa came through very quickly and I have stored it on the App as well as storing the email. The only downside I encountered was the slowness after clicking the 'next' button? Would recommend though!

I applied originally to Australian Government back in November and basically applied for the wrong visa and also did not fill in correctly so I was asked to do a medical. I resubmitted with correct answers but had no communication. I withdraw my application and came to your service which was extremely easy and the result is I now have my visa.

I had an issue because i hadn’t reserved a hotel when I first applied and I needed that to complete it. We will only be in Brisbane 1 day and getting on cruise.
It was all going so well until I had to do the photographic thing, but after about an hour succeeded in getting the "ok" from yourselves. Next year it WILL be shorter. (Son lives in OZ)

Easy to fill out the online application. I had extreem difficulty with the Gov site not accepting photos etc. This was so much easier and quicker. All through and approved within a few hours.

This is the second time I’ve used this company as I was so very impressed with my first experience. When I told them that I was unable to post the required documents on the form as requested but could only email them, I was given the email address and told to go ahead and email them, which I did. They dealt with everything so courteously, efficiently and quickly that I am happy to use them again and refer everyone to their great service.
