Instructions were easy to follow, and a blurry scan elicited a request for a better scan quickly instead of derailing the whole process. After the second scan attempt, approval only took maybe half a day.
Did OK the communication was not as good as it could have been. Said the VISA would be ready on the 3rd Nov but it wasn't done till he 9th Nov. Lack of communication on this caused us some concern.
All good. Easy to use and quick turn around. Isn’t free though. But low cost
It was my first time using the IVISA app. the instructions were easy to follow, the uploads went effortly I did not have to redo anything. The only thing I would surgest is to have the visa application alowed to be added to iphone wallet so you can present it when checking in or upon arrival in Austrailia. Maybe this is avalable and I do not know how to activate it. Thank you.

didn't realize it took so long to get approval - missed a flight - chatted with a representative and they were able to get it approved in a few hours so I can come see my daughter in Australia
It was long winded but relatively easy, the only slight problem being inputting my passport details which I managed to overcome. (I am 89 and not as 'with it' as I once was?) However, I would definitely recommend IVISA

It was easy to sign on and apply for the Visa. Unfortunately the time promised for the visa is not always possible as it depends on Australian Govt Dept managing the request. I had my visa quickly but my wife did not I suggest an application in made in at least twice the time promised by iVisa. They were very responsive when I contacted them to query timings

The picture s you need must have more proper information, ,I spend hours going back and forth to her home taking all kinds of pictures of Hillary and submitting them to you , All rejected ,the last one I took was ok to get visa.

The process was idiot-proof. It was explained carefully. You simply hard to follow directions and be intuitive. The application was patient; if you didn’t get it the first time, you could keep trying. The only negative is the Elisa should explain more clearly that the visa is linked to te passport.
