System was easy to use . NOT happy about the surprise extra service charge at the end, should have been upfront, not the initial $18 quoted
I have used you before and it went very well. This time I hd to upload my passport photo 10 times. I know it was partly my error but not being able to speak to anyone made it so hard.
Uploading of picture of passport could have been more elegant, refering tu US-visa
The information required was all based on that contained within your passport, easy to follow, then wait for it to be progressed through the system. Although I requested 24hours it took a little longer, however, pleased Visa was granted.
Quick and easy, except I am not from the selfie generation… otherwise the application was straight forward, communication was clear and I have my visa to travel to Australia. Cheers.

Maybe we should have known but we didn’t know we needed vis credentials to visit Australia. In a matter of a few hours our applications were processed and we were good to go. (Literally)

Receiving the visa in 12 hr is great, however for the U.S. visa, I could receive a visa in 10 min. And it’s cheaper.

Though my initial application did not go through, I was given clear instructions as to what needed to be corrected. I especially appreciate the turn around time on the second application - which was approved.
Very easy to process on a library PC I had to get some help to attach the passport, using the bar code. All was successful. System was quiet easy.
The help of the live attendant was great. The hidden and unlisted processing fee was not so great and I think to costly for their slowest processing time. However it is my first time using this service.
I am not good with computers so it bit difficult for me but when I do that they can help you with the problem it was so helpful

The software worked well, the only problem occurred during the downloading of the passport photo pages, with several rejects of what appeared to be quality photos. Eventually we had success and relief.
Due to confusion with 2 passports, I had a lot of help with making this application and securing my visa in my correct name!

The procedure for visa application was mostly straightforward- the only issues I encountered were down to my lack of technical knowledge which meant I struggled to access the passport images required.
I found it very easy to apply for a visa being an older lady and have got 3 more of my family who are travelling with me to apply for their visas thank you 😊
The forms were very easy to follow and complete. I was granted a visa for Australia about 19 hours later. I would use this company again and would highly recommend.
The ease of using the website and it helped that I had used it before. I was surprised that the Australian government had started charging for the visa. My only gripe is that now that we have our visas that all correspondence states "John Lewis" this is my middle name, my name is "NICOL".

I applied for a visa for Australia. The application went through without delay. the application process was well designed, even though lots of information is inevitably required. Forwarding a photo electronically went smoothly; this can often be a headache. A criticism was that I thought I was applying directly with the Aussie government website. It wasn't clear that this was an agent: this should be clearer at the start.
I was slow to complete my application but IVisa kept letting me know that I wasn’t done rather than ignoring the time it was taking me to submit it. Had to find out how to upload my passport and photo and it took a few days. Once my application was done, it only took about 30 minutes to receive my Australia government approval!
I was frustrated because the site is not that easy to navigate. Must have taken my picture at least 12 times
