We submitted an application to get a rush visa for Australia. The application process was easy and we got the visa a few hours before the time we were told we would get it. Process was very efficient.

Easy to understand and easy to complete. The only hitch was when it kept telling me my passport was not lying flat.

Love being able to do it online. A little frustrated with the warning messages about shadows for my passport photo. After seven attempts, including two from a photograph, I decided that everything was legible and hit continue.
Very helpful agent on Whatsapp, although a realistic time of waiting for a reply would be reassuring at the outset. My photo of passport needed repeating due to cropping. Agent uploaded it for me thankfully. Then a 9 hour wait for completed visa. Paid for 4 hr delivery.

Very personal and quick response to help with my uploading of selfie for my Visa application. Despite showing the upload as successful, my attempts kept being rejected. When I expressed frustration, someone named Sam from the Helpdesk emailed me and suggested I email them my selfie and they would complete the application for me. That was how my application finally got approved.
It was pretty straight forward, didn't say how much until half way through, although fairly decent price I thought
I eventually got to where I wanted but it was a bit difficult to do especially with needing photos !

It was relatively easy to follow but difficult uploading my passport had to do it 4 times
Once I was able to start the process, the forms were simple to find lol out. Explanations of what to do could have been better. I liked being able to go back to the previous page; however, I saw no easy ability to add a traveling companion. Ended up duplicating , and while the app indicated a duplication, it did not clearly tell me how to fix it. Lucky for I was able speak with a lovely gal who walked me through fixing the problem.
Super fast and easy; we used it for Australia first time. I can recommend it also if you are in a hurry.

The system kept telling my passport was not flat and continually told me my picture was unacceptable. Spent over two hours to continually resend items. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

I had a little trouble uploading a photo of my passport and myself, but was able to do it and I was able to take care of everything at my desk.
I was charge 3 times for the same application and I don’t have a contact to resolve the problem.

Instructions for scans and digital photos are clear. I appreciated the visual examples of acceptable photos and unacceptable photos.
Proces was easy once I put the Ap on my mobile Had a few issues to get an approved document (mine problem not ivisa), but steps to make corrections were posed clearly.
