This process took a long time. You kept asking for additional photos that we provided. We provided the professional photo and you denied it twice.
The service was great, the process for most of the phases was smooth because there were some stages that were a little bit confusing and maybe the platform was not working properly as I was asked to send multiple times the same document. However, in general the experience was great and this was the first time using this App. Definitely I will recommend it!
When I reached out, I received responses with emails guiding me through correcting what I needed to do to get my visa they continue to work with me until we solved the problem

Getting my Australia ETA was easy, in fact, easier than using the AUS ETA app! The AUS ETA app is unpredictable in terms of being able to read the passport chip. iVisa uses a simply photo - no fuss not muss!

Taking the passport photo was tricky and could have been explained better. Otherwise once this was achieved it was quick and easy.
Visa granted within 24 hours. Easy and relatively stress free to provide required details which was a great relief to me. Big sigh of relief when visa was granted. Would definitely recommend Ivisa.

My visa was approved. However, it was not without problems. The "system" did not like the scanned copy of my passport and I had to scan it again. I really don't know why the second scan was accepted but the first was rejected. I guess this is the problem with AI checking - it is only as good as its programming.

It took 9 photos before I had 3 that were acceptable for a tourist visa -- including the one used for my driver's license! The suggestions were clearly machine generated and not particularly helpful e.g. "Be careful not to smile and show your teeth." which did not characterize any of my submissions.

IVisa were great. Online instructions were simple and easy to follow and downloading of required documentation was straightforward. Our visas for all the countries we are going to visit were processed within two days and we were kept informed on progress.
My Visa was issued. I apparently had a problem with a double request. Took two weeks to clear up. But iVisa worked focused and cleared it up.
Prepare the photo of your passport in well-focused. If you have more than 1 passport, prepare all the passport details!

Able to secure a tourist visa in two business days. Previous company documents completed on June 12th. Wrote could not issue until Aug. 12th due to government regulations. I wrote them on Aug 5th to confirm availability. They wrote that the application required a studio photo. I wrote why are you contacting me so late? No response! Completely unacceptable. My travel partner got her visa in two days in late July via your service.

The respond was quick. But 1 thing that bothered me is taking of passport photo & self photo. It took me some effort to do that. Apart from that the rest was okay & easy to do.
if you are an older person like we are, figuring out how to download and upload documents is not easy. the tutorial on your website in the application part, only shows you how to take a picture. Couldn't find one on how to upload, send by email, etc. make it easier to find tutorials. it took us about 45 minutes to figure it out.
Getting our Visa for Australia was worrisome when we started. We kept getting notices that it wouldn't download and we might need to send in an email. Tried that and couldn't email either. The next day we got a notice with exactly what was still needed. It downloaded everything right as I put it in and within 2 days we had our acceptance and I printed those out.
Website was easy to navigate, it was easy to upload required documents, and I had the visa in two days.

Some countries make getting a visa to visit them a really awful and stressful experience. Australia should get the credit for making their site almost a pleasure. It makes you look forward to visiting their country even more.

I had to multiple copies of pictures before one was upload. More my fault since I cropped previous photos of myself instead of taken a new photo. It was little frustrating. However, at one point a new photo of my current passport was requested which was odd since that seemed to be acceptable the first time I submitted it. All of this resending was a bit irritating but the entire process only took a few days so I would recommend using IVisa.
I don't really like filling in forms on line but this was very easy. Only asked relevant questions for the information that was required. I had my document needed to travel to download by the next day.

I had a great deal of frustration, your automated non human robot kept rejecting one picture or another. I had to make numerous submissions many times of the same picture. System would request a new submission of a particular item, seeming to accept previous entries, then respond rejecting pictures previously accepted. Until I got a human involved I was going in circles, extremely frustrating. The anxiety was affecting my health, I wasn't sleeping, and every request for new information was irritating. I only gave you 4 stars because a human finally got involved, without her only 1 star, since I couldn't do zero.
