Kept having to resubmit my photo. I even submitted my photo from last year, which you accepted first time around. Whoever reviewed this year, decided I needed to show my ears! Apparently my ears are small and flat to my head and my face is rather round so my ears don’t show. Totally ridiculous. Very frustrating.

I accidentally uploaded the wrong photos. I used the WhatsApp option and got a staffer very quickly who was able to give me specific instructions and took the new photos I sent her later on. Got the visa turned around within a couple hours of this. Lindsey was great and I’m so relieved!

I did not do much paper the was a little simple. I actually got NZ visa and that was extremely simple. I think you are a third party right? I thought getting visa would be cheap but it cost me quite a bit and I only got the visa for 1 year. It is definitely something to look at. I got 2 year visa for NZ a little better but still expensive. I know peoples who apply USA visa is expensive but most time USA gives out 10 year multiple visas. Work on this process a little better I guess.
