This was relatively easy, but the total cost wasn't stated up front, or if it was, I missed it. I wasn't prepared for the live photo requirement, had to pause to go put on makeup! Haha. The good part is the instructions were clear and easy to follow; nothing ambiguous.

The website was unfriendly, I needed help to get through it. I made 3 phone calls all telling me to go to the website. Today I got notice that the visa for Auatraila has been granted.
The experience itself was fine. However, on line, the price was quoted at 13.00. In realty it was $199.00 by the time we were done. That was a bit misleading, not to mention disappointing.

My husband did not know he needed a visa to enter Australia. It looked.like he would.miss the flight. He doesn't have a mobile either. Luckily I do. We frantically filled in the form and sent it. Looked like it would arrive after the flight! Miracously,the visa came within one hour and attendant put his flight through. He had to bypass security and just about made the flight. I waited at the airport till the flight took off just in case my husband reappeared. Many thanks for your service. I still. Ant believe he made the journey.
I made several mistakes but was guided through them very patiently. I am not very. Computer savvy but the process was quite easy to complete and there was no standing in line.
- The fast response was needed and appreciated - There were issues with the website not allowing me to review the documents and pictures I had uploaded, which created a problem and required 2 re-submissions on my part. - Your site should allow taking photos and submitting them with the integrated webcam. -Your emails came back to me faster than your chat bot could respond...in fact, it took almost 24 hours to get a live person on the chat. (I had my visa by then)

The process was very easy. I completed the application in a matter of minutes and had a response by the next day. Unfortunately for me I misunderstood the instructions and was supposed to upload a photo as well as a picture of our passport photos. I uploaded the photos and received our visas the next day.

Got what I needed! Steps seemed fairly easy but, the perfection they wanted was very very annoying… Staff is very friendly and helpful on WhatsApp but, takes at least 10 min for a reply, which is fine.
I had trouble uploading the passports because they just don’t lie flat. Also it would be good to be able to go back to be able to add information. For example when I started the application we did not have an address where we would be in Sydney but by the time it was finished we had booked a hotel.
