The visa application process was straight forward and easy to navigate. As a first-time user, I did not know there would be a need to attach a self-portrait via specific requirements e.g. cannot smile, white background. I had to exit the application to get the photo ready. System would then send me a reminder email that some info is required. Upon submission, the approval was expeditious within the same hour. The process was a bit challenging. We found the upload of docs was cumbersome at best. When we received the docs, there were no photos, so the need for the photos was confusing and not explained clearly enough. I believe the photos were used in the digital world, is that my understanding?
I was concerned that after I had paid I still had to upload my passport. I am not a young person and I would have preferred to know that I had uploaded successfully prior to payment.

I did not realize you had to have the visa before you boarded your flight so I had to upgrade my quick service to super quick and they made it happen before my flight!

I am very grateful for the service, you saved me from a big problem, it turns out that I had a flight from Vietnam to Australia but only as a stopover, I didn't know that I needed a visa with my passport until the time of check in at the airport!!
