Form easy to fill in it would have been a 5 star but I had trouble getting my wife’s photo to be accepted Her passport photo isn’t the best To be honest eventually scanning of her photo asked if I was happy to just happy to continue
I applied the visa on Friday, nite and I thought the visa application will take 2 days for approval, but was approved within one day, superb. Fast & quick response from the visa team. Keep up with the good job!
I found most very easy, but you form seems to exclude those people, like myself, who while being a Cirizen of one Country has a home and lives in another. You field asking for an explanation why you do not have an ID card but live in a County other than your own is unclear. To complete your form took several attempts due to this. Remember not all travelers are young people.
It was very difficult to upload a picture of my passport and selfie pictures according to the standards setup by the office. It me 10 attempts to get it correct.

I am 78 and abit more app savy than some seniors and found this very challenging and frustrating with having to photograph and upload my passport, take suitable selfies. Having to check Whats App or SMS for messages,then go back to.the application caused me anxiety which ended up with me duplicating the application thereby causing 2 charges to my Visa card. This may seem trivial to you, but I found it anxiety causing. I would recommend your site but I would warn them that it could be frustrating.
The application and payment process through Ivisa was extremely easy to complete, and the ETAs for myself and for my husband were received in less than one day! Our cousins, our travel buddies, used a different site/app to apply for their ETA’s, and they are still waiting for their documents.

It was relatively easy to do. However when your not used to taking pictures of passport and selfies that don't come out with short arms, it can get frustrating. Once that was figured out everything went well and timely.
Overall the process was simple enough and easy to follow. It would have been easier if when two people are traveling together the application would have transferred data to both applications. Getting the passport and face photos to be accepted was a pain quite frankly. Continually asked to resubmit for unclear images and for smiling and showing teeth when neither was the case. I uploaded images from my I phone and also scanned images of the passports that seemed to be of good quality to my eyes but were not accepted. I did begin a chat after the 3rd attempt to upload photos and while waiting for a response I received an email with our approved visas!
Because of my age I found the application form simple it is all the computer jargon I wasn’t very familiar with. I have been away from computer stuff for about 15 years and didn’t understand it as I have only got my tablet and that’s not attached to a printer so I will have to wait and speak to a friends daughter to help to try and print my visa. This is my nineteenth time visiting my family and I have never printed anything in the past.
I totally spaced and forgot I needed to have an ETA and I paid for the 6 hours processing time and I got my approval in 10 minutes. 😊 Very quick and efficient!

It's easy to fill in the required information. The app even encouraged me to continue. I enjoyed the experience. There's a lot of steps especially towards the end. I was surprised at the number of selfies.
I found it a bit difficult to get the passport picture approved. It took several times before it was accepted. Otherwise, all went well!
