The folks at iVisa were very helpful through out the entire eVisa process. They even formatted the picture I submitted so it would have all the correct specs (white background, dimensions, etc.). It only took three days to get my Brazilian eVisa which was super fast! Very happy with their service.

Very fast results. My only problem was the file that you wanted it in. Had to get computer friend to get it into jpeg file as opposed to jpg that we use.
It took only about a week to get two visas. We haven't used them but all looks official.
Ivisa was easy to use. They closely monitored our submission and sent a prompt request for us to redo our pictures up to the standard of the country we were visiting. Well done for catching that. I will use Ivisa again

Frustrated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs(Brazil) web site I decided to try iVisa, I seemingly could not create an account on the Brazilian site and even though the iVisa website was more expensive, the navigation of such was much simpler and easier to use. Also appreciated the follow up emails.

It always pays to read instructions first. My only small issue was that my photo & passport photo were sideways, and I couldn't make them vertical. But the process was straightforward.

Other than adjusting the digital sizing of the passport photo, to get it to download, the iVisa application process was very quick & easy. Getting a visa without sending the passport away, is a big advantage.

Your process was simple and easy to use My only recommendation is to tell everyone about the minimum picture sizes before starting the procedure. This could mean less interruptions when filling out the applications. The applicant could have the correct picture sizes handy to begin with. Also, stating the minimum picture size needed in inches or mm instead of pixels makes it easier for us non-computer people to understand. Overall, thank you for making this process quite straight forward and hassle free.

Great service; I will definitely use them again. I needed Brazil visas and they are very picky. But iVisa helped me and I got my visas in less than 3 weeks! I checked out 5 companies and chose iVisa because their fee was the cheapest and they broke down the costs instead of just quoting a single price! I like that level of transparency. Their reviews was good too. I paid $159 USD for 2 Brazil visas and was quoted over $500 PER PERSON by my cruise line!
Good experience. Had to resubmit the photos twice to make them acceptable. Probably my own fault but perhaps you could emphasize the importance of getting them right more explicitly.
