I absolutely love how affordable and quick/painless this was. I was concerned that I wouldn't receive my visa in time and managed to receive it within 3 days! Plus it was way more affordable than the other visa websites. Therefore it gets 10 stars from me for convenience, afforadability, and ease of application process.

I had tried a different web site for the Brazil visa but it wasn't nearly as user friendly as yours. The one suggestion I woiuld have is to let us know all the problems in one email instead of sending us one problem, making us re-do the photos, then sending another email with the next problem. Having to take our glasses off was the last thing you told us about after all the other problems were fixed; it could have been the first thing fixed. Might have saved a lot of back and forth.

The process was strait forward, communications were on time. The only one suggestion is to add description for the phone; the first one was rejected and I got the second one with a professional place where they knew exactly the requirements for a Brazil digital photo. have this requirement was clear on the picture upload site, would've saved time ( important when someone is in a rush). This company is SO good at keeping you posted about the status of your application. I had some issues with getting quality pictures and iVisa helped me work through the issues. I was totally impressed with their professionalism.
Wonderful company to work with - they were very responsive on chat as we made some mistakes on our end. They assured us everything would work out and worked with us until we received our E-Visa. We got it just two days before traveling. I would highly recommend IVisa. If you are in a rush, I would recommend paying the extra to ensure it is ready in time because the government needed more documents and that allowed us extra time to submit.
