The service was simple and fast. My only feedback is that the estimated days for processing did not match the delivery. In my case, I paid the expedited fee to get my Visa faster but really didn't need to, as it completed processing in ony 4 days including a holiday weekend. I could have saved money with standard processing if the timing estimates were more accurate to my actual experience. Overall, I'm thankful I have the Visa completed early. Also, if there are pixel height and width requirements for the headshot upload, then I would expect the uploader to be able to resize images to fit the exact dimensions rather than asking the applicant to resize the image to non-standard dimensions.

easy! it was so easy to do this, I was worried. Upon traveling, i just showed my printout, and everything was fine.

Fantastic , is all I can say ! Had trouble uploading the photos for my husband and myself for the applications. Your staff were soooooooo patient and helpful . They kept walking me through the process of taking a photo which would be approved ( which wasn't easy for a very unskilled "selfie"taker ).I mean, I think I had to send in 10 photos before they found one that would work.
