I was pleased with the experience except one small problem. When I was asked to submit scan of parent passports the instructions stated that a picture with cell phone would not suffice. I submitted 3 different scans that were rejected. I then tried the cell phone picture, and it was accepted.

Wow! The agency were on top of our visa submission process. There was a hiccup on the process and the agency were standing by assisting, clarifying the issue and given advice along the way. It was definitely worth the extra fee to apply via the agency. Our visa got approved faster than i anticipated. IVisa has very efficient working team members. We definitely will be using them again.
Quick response and much easier than I thought. As far as some of the reviews mentioning difficulty with uploading photos and passport? I did not have the same experience. I followed the links to the videos explaining how to upload your passport and passport photo. All stated clearly and in simple fashion and it was accepted the first time I submitted it. I was approved in less than a week. Great service!

Altogether a great experience, as much as applying for a tourist visa can be a great experience that is. The website worked well, it allowed for pausing and reconnecting the next day when additional information was being collected, the staff were super responsive having reviewed my application and gotten back to me with advisement on certain things the same night, everything processed perfectly! Uploading the documents is a little longer than expected (few seconds instead of instantaneous) but overall, this is such a great experience versus having to go to a consulate! And timing wise, it exceeded the committed turn around time.

I had a strange case where my hair in my passport photo was long and my current hair is short. Oddly enough I was randomly selected for further screening and spoke to someone at IVisa about it. They said it never happens and would make sure I had my Visa by the end of the week. It was very easy. Had a little hiccup that was my fault as I sent a bad picture. Once I sent a new one of the right size, it just sailed through. I had my Brazilian visa an a couple of days.

I was "shocked" by how fast things were taken care I got an email just a few hours after submission about an incorrect document format. Then, I resent it, and the application is out with another a few hours.

I highly doubt I would have gotten a visa in time for my trip if not for iVisa because the county (Brazil) is basically shut down becomes of carnival. Very time I emailed them with a concern they promptly and kindly replied. I highly recommend their services!
