Our iVisa experience was very good. The process was well communicated and in general easy to follow. They successfully returned our approved visas earlier than promised. Uploading some of the required documents was a bit of a challenge, but we got it done eventually and iVisa performed exceptionally.

The process was easier than expected, BUT it took several tries to get a photo accepted and approved. That was tiresome because I saw nothing wrong with my submissions. However, on completion, communications were good, docs we quickly available, and I would recommend.
