The service and responses were quick, efficient and timely, with the exception of the on-line Chat which was none responsive. We were going to Brazil and the government moved the Visa requirement to 3 months later. Which meant we no longer needed a Visa. iVisa had promptly sent an email telling us of the refund for their fee, and to our surprise the refund was received in less than 5 days. This was our first time to us iVisa and we highly recommend them due to the convenience of the on-line process and iVisa's excellent service.

My experience applying for a Visa to Brazil has been very good; however I was told that it could only be processed December 27th and my cruise departs January 3rd, which seems a very tight space.
