I found your site difficult to navigate. When I returned and wanted to upload a different picture I couldn’t find the upload link. When I asked the chat bot he said the application had to be approved before I could edit which was not true. I clicked on edit and the file opened. Submitting a picture was harder than any other online visa site I ever used. I scanned my passport photo and uploaded it to be told you didn’t take scanned pictures. I had to pay again for another photo.
Great customer service! The website was glitching and wouldn’t let me upload a picture. I emailed the pic to the customer service team and they got it done and submitted within an hour. Very fast and efficient, reliable!

I like your service. There is one thing that was confusing and thus it took me a long time. I think making a payment for the service before knowing what documents need to be submitted is a bad idea. I would reverse the order. I would tell the applicant what exactly is needed, let them upload the documents and simultaneously send the fee.
Easy process. Would have appreciated knowing what was wrong with the picture I uploaded before I did it numerous times. Finally an e-mail arrived giving the criteria and we were good to go.
