I was so surprised to have my Brazilian visa through Ivisa within 3 business days. All our 12 Brazilian mission team members from Los Angeles are using Ivisa system. Our travel agent ask us to pay $160 to get same visa that we just got within 3 days with only $79.50^^
The process was easy and quick. I couldn't be happier about it.
Website was easy to use. When I had questions they were answered quickly. The only negative is that under "marital status" it did not give a choice for divorced or single and none of the other choices applied.

Thank you for helping me attain my VISA. The photo used on my visa is the image I originally sent to your company; however, I was asked to send a different photo. I'm not sure why I was asked to send a different photo when the one I originally sent was the one that was used. The one I originally sent was taken at CVS and passed all the prerequisites for VISA approval.
We had two different passport photos taken at Costco, making certain to produce them according to the Brazilian passport photo requirements, both photos were rejected. We finally took some photos against a white door at home with my digital camera and sent those in. They accepted those.

Now remember folks, I applied 4 months in advance of my actual need just to make sure there were no problems and in case there were, time was there to allow for any “surprise issues” to be resolved.
Excellent -but I needed help from my children and how to electronically send my passport & photo.
Luckily I applied for he visa well ahead of time. The amount of times I had to resend a picture of myself and rescan my passport was absurd. For this reason I am giving a 2 star review. Seemed very unorganized.

A Brazilian visa is a bit challenging due to their VERY specific requirements. I sent in my photo 5 times and a copy of my passport 3 times. I do not believe I would have gotten my visa in a timely fashion without the help of iVisa. Thank you for your help and patience.
Worth the $35. Although I had a problem taking an acceptable picture, they continued working with me until I understood that both my ears had to be in the photo, etc. Despite this problem, had the Visa within a week.

Update: Though I didn't get my e-visa through ivisa, I was contacted by a senior representative to explain what happened and had my fees reversed to show a gesture to make it right. I am updating my review from 1 star to 3 because there was an attempt to make it right. One bit of suggestion would be to have some system in place where as days go by, to have a program which would let ivisa know which applications are really being processed to shorten the length of time for any possible error. Though I am grateful to have my funds reversed, this whole process caused me great stress and had I not taken the initiative to start contacting the embassy for help, I would have missed my trip for not being able to obtain my Visa. Paid for ivisa to help me get my e-visa and I never recieved it through them. I had to go through the consulate myself and do the footwork and pay again to apply directly through the consulate. I already gave my opinion of this company in a previous review. Being that I'm being asked again, I thought I would reiterate how disappointed I am in this service, the waste of time and money I spent using ivisas services for nothing as I am going to dispute this charge with my Bank because the services were never rendered. Waste of money. Oh yeah, only after I applied through the consulate and was constantly in touch with the consulate did my Visa got approved that I get an email from ivisa saying my Visa got approved the nerve. Total waste of time going through this site. Had I kept waiting for this company to obtain my Visa I would have missed my trip. How is anyone happy with this site is beyond me.

Very convenient. Great service. Only thing I don't like is that one must submit application and pay first before the system asks for the photos of passport and applicant. It makes you wonder for a while if you have missed a step. It turns out OK at the end.

I thought I needed to send my passport into Ivisa. They assured me it was not necessary. I will never wait in line and go into NYC again to the consulate. What a waste of time. IVISA was great.
