I was very skeptical using ivisa but now I can say I love it super easy, I'm getting all my visa from ivisa. I found it little bit costy but it's worth it takes the stress and worry filling out all the paperwork. This website opens more countries, that I would never travel to because of visas. I can say I'm not afraid of applying for a Visa any more.

It was worth the $ to have a third party handle all the specifics. Our traveling companions dealt directly with the Brazilian government and it was pretty nic picky, back and forth. My advice to others; if traveling as a couple or with companions, have each individual submit a request. That will make the communications much more specific (traveler #1 vs traveler #2).

It was a little annoying to have to resend my documents and picture several times. I finally called and talked to a person and this got the job done and I received my visa
I had difficulty getting my selfie photo and my passport photo page to be acceptable for processing..... frustrating and took alot of time and effort.
This process was not easy for me. I am not too good at computers, but eventually I got through it. The hardest part was downloading the photos and passports pictures. We had to go get passport pictures made so we could use them for the visa. Just glad we got the visa.
They reached me within just 5 minutes after submitting my application saying I had to change my photo. So I did, and again they reached me the same way saying it was okay this time. Their follow ups give you a peace of mind that everything is on the right track to get your visa. Very very impressive!

iVisa was great. They reached out immediately when a scan of one of my documents was incorrect and we were able to get the problem resolved in a timely matter. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it took a little longer than I expected to get the application prepared and sent to the government. But overall it was a good experience!
I was very frustrated in understanding how to insert the photos onto my application. I didn't understand what was meant by the sizing involved. I kept trying over a period of a few days. Once I figured it out, it went very smoothly.

It was very dificult to fill up the form. First thing you did it was to charge the fee. There is no way to contact you. No phone number. I have not received the visa yet. I already lost my plane ticket. I regreat using this service.

It all started out okay. My wife's visa came within 6 days. Mine has not come and it seems impossible to contact you. I tried to use "Contact Us" section. Wrote a note, but there is not send button. What good is that. I called your phone number and got a message only and told to use the " Contact Us" procedure. It now around 10 days and I have no visa and no way to get an answer.
The experience was very simple and easy to comply with, I would definitely recommend this as a way to apply for a visa to family and friends.

Easy steps to follow and a quick process. Great website! I would suggest a notice PRIOR to beginning the process listing all documents needed to complete the application. I had to stop the process to go locate the documents and feared the website would kick me off due to lack of proceeding, although it didn't. A notice prior to beginning would have eliminated that concern immediately.

EVisa Did a great job. I had some problem getting a good photo for my BRAZIL evisa but that was not iVisa’s fault. Just mine for not getting a proper photo for brazilian authorities.
I had a cumbersome time getting my picture accepted by the service. I had a second and third passport type photo taken and after the first passport type was rejected, I then sent those two additional pictures. Was told again that they were not clear. I wanted them submitted to the Brazilian Consulate or a refund of my total fees. iVisa apparently sent it on to the Consulate and it was approved. However, I had spent over $20 in picture fees.
The process was quick and easy. I had my Visa for Brazil in just 3 days.
To me it wasn't clear that we needed both a personal picture & a passport copy. Also, after 1st picture rejected, more details were given, like no hair over your ears. That should be stated the first time so no delay in getting visa!
It was an excellent experience; however, I had to submit multiple copies of my passport front page because of poor quality and photo. For future reference, US passport front page is glossy. Other than that, the experience was excellent. Thanks, Lazara

I had some problems with iVisa.com accepting a perfectly acceptable passport quality photo that I paid to have done (they wanted a selfie instead), but the lightning fast turnover time to receive the eVisa made up for that.
