Getting the Visa submitted and approved under a very short timeline to meet our travel schedule. Once all of the documents were submitted to iVisa, the Brazil visa was approved and available within a day. Great work!!

This company is SO good at keeping you posted about the status of your application. I had some issues with getting quality pictures and iVisa helped me work through the issues. I was totally impressed with their professionalism.
I would recommend iVisa. I had two concerns that I emailed about and got helpful replies within 36 hours. My only concern was the long gap between my status showing up as "received" and "in progress". The gap was almost 7 business days. I would suggest a fifth category to better convey the fact that the application is not just sitting in the mail but has been downloaded or had a preliminary review. Other than that I enjoyed dealing with iVisa and will use them again in future visa searches.
Wonderful company to work with - they were very responsive on chat as we made some mistakes on our end. They assured us everything would work out and worked with us until we received our E-Visa. We got it just two days before traveling. I would highly recommend IVisa. If you are in a rush, I would recommend paying the extra to ensure it is ready in time because the government needed more documents and that allowed us extra time to submit.

There was confusion on the quality of the scanned photo and the communications to me from the company was very frustrating with multiple service people communicating at the same time with different information as to how to rectify the issue. I tried to chat and got no response. I tried to call but was never able to connect with a person. I am pleased that somehow this was successfully processed!!!

It took many go-rounds to be in touch, and, even after submitting a second round of photos/docs, I received messages saying that I hadn't done that. I also found it to be extremely difficult to track the status of my visa application and it took much longer to get it than the 10 days promised. Glad I persisted, but it wasn't easy.

The folks at iVisa were very helpful through out the entire eVisa process. They even formatted the picture I submitted so it would have all the correct specs (white background, dimensions, etc.). It only took three days to get my Brazilian eVisa which was super fast! Very happy with their service.

Not enough feedback. I never knew if you got stuff I sent. Not very sure I was sending to right address. It did get better later in the process. Maybe if you stated in the beginning that you would send a simple response when something is received such as “got it.”
Got my sons visa in 7 business days, they were prompt, direct and friendly. Only complaint is it’s very very difficult to get them on the phone, line is always busy.
Although finicky to upload photos perfect for each particular visa - once done this was a great experience. Quicker than I could have hoped for! Thank you
I really have to say that I was an impatient individual and making many mistakes. Didn't know squa ts about scanning then uploading to send you the info you needed. Very fast results. My only problem was the file that you wanted it in. Had to get computer friend to get it into jpeg file as opposed to jpg that we use.
It took only about a week to get two visas. We haven't used them but all looks official.

Ivisa was easy to use. They closely monitored our submission and sent a prompt request for us to redo our pictures up to the standard of the country we were visiting. Well done for catching that. I will use Ivisa again
I had to follow-up after 9 days to see that my application gets reviewed. Since I paid for the 10 day processing time fee I was a bit baffled as to why my application was not reviewed for completeness beforehand. It turned out that I had to redo a few photo's which were reviewed by the agency and sent to the government the same day, a week afterwards I had one of my E-VISA's completed. This was a total of 15 days, not 10 days. Additionally my son's VISA was not completed and I had to follow up again to find out that the government required additional info, this was after waiting an additional 9 days, total wait time was 18 days for his VISA to complete. Not the experience I had expected, I was the one who had to contact them rather than they sending info to me via email.
I believe that I've fairly well expressed my views on the previous questionnaire. Overall, this was a new and unique experience for me, a ninety something year old gentleman, who tries to keep up with new advancements but always seems to be a beat or two slow on the draw. So for some of the "hoops" I needed to consult with my younger generation for advise and technical help. I imagine that you may have been bewildered (much as I was) by the manner in which I responded to the directions on the application. I appreciate your understanding.

The application process went very smoothly aside from the picture that was rejected numerous times. I keep going back to the post office to retake and cost me money each time. Thankfully, the last person who rejected my photo gave me great tips and suggested I use my smart phone. Please give him a raise!
Simplified process...chat was very helpful on clarifications/assistance...quick turnaround...much easier than going through mail/consulate.
The options for communicating with customer service are a bit confusing. It is not clear if anyone receives the emails (an immediate response that it has been receive would be useful). THe wording for when when the application was sent to the government for approval was not easily to differenciate from the service person saying that everything had been received and was being reviewed (i.e. by iVisa or by government. A nice service that I will use again, however.
Frustrated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs(Brazil) web site I decided to try iVisa, I seemingly could not create an account on the Brazilian site and even though the iVisa website was more expensive, the navigation of such was much simpler and easier to use. Also appreciated the follow up emails.
