We were required to change and resend our pictures several times. Even the pictures that were in our U.S. passports were rejected. This was time consuming and frustrating. Other than that, ivisa did a good job.
My photo was turned down over and over. Even the passport photos were rejected. I understand that Brazil is difficult on this subject but, we were "in the dark" as to the progress or if my photo had been accepted. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Got my visa in just a couple business days during the holiday season. i was worried it wouldn't come through in time, and it feels like a miracle that it did. (this was under rapid approval category for Brazil)
Would give them a 5 star but had trouble uploading the passport docs and visa pictures. The live chat was very helpful and they were able to help me. Very responsive. It took around a week to get the visa.But communications and progress of the application was very good.

There was a lack of communication about the picture. I had to send four different photos. The first photo had been used to obtain a Brazilian visa in the past.
At first the website was very easy to fill out (and to replace information that was incorrect). My problem with the company was 1) they failed to tell me that the best way to take passport photos and send PHOTOGRAPHED documents was with a smartphone. We paid for passport photos and scanned these photos and the information pages of our passports, only to get the reply a week later that what we sent was not good enough. I was 2 weeks into the process when the agent on the 'chat' line suggested I used my smartphone instead. Then almost everything was OK. I got one more request for 'more information' - I HATE THAT PHRASE, it tells you NOTHING! - and this time I phoned the company. 2) The agents don't communicate with one another, at least that is what I was told, so I had to back way up (not quite to the beginning) to get the necessary documents to the company. To be fair, the instructions said you COULD use your smartphone, but in no way indicated that that was the preferred method of transmission. Everyone was really nice, but it wasn't until the 3rd agent that I was finally told the all the information FOR SURE was correct. If I hadn't been in a time crunch because the process of getting the information to the company too so long, it might not have been an issue.
iVisa Easy iVisa was the least complicated, most streamlined website I found for applying for a Brazilian visa. I received my visa within two weeks of application, and there was clear communication throughout the whole process about what steps my application was going through until approval.

There could have been more information about photo requirements available prior to the application process.
The instructions were very confusing andI received contradictory emails within several hours of each other. I was never sure of the status of the vida until I received final confirmation. On the other hand service was prompt and the price was very reasonable compared to other services.
Last minute visa to Brazil Thank you iVisa. I was out of the US when I was applying for a visa to visit Brazil and the last thing I wanted to do was find an embassy or consulate. I applied for the visa Friday morning and received it the following Monday evening. Much quicker than they even advertised. Saved me a lot of time and stress.

I would not have thought that obtaining a visa would be so effortless. I provide two images and in only 4 days the visa arrives. Based on the experience of friends and relatives, scan the image of your passport, as the passport image will be distorted if photographed without some means of holding it flat.. With this image and by adhering to the instructions for the photo, this process is seamless.

We have waited almost a month for our Visas. We were told by e:mail we had been approved and they were being sent in a separate e:mail although we had paid extra to have them mailed to us, however, we have never received them by mail or e:mail. I have inquired several times with no response. Where are our Visas?????????? I would like to change my rating to a 3 on Trustpilot. We just received our Visas in our e:mail with a letter apologizing for the delay.

I downloaded all the required documents but kept getting emails from iVisa saying that I was still missing my sons birth certificate. I sent repeated live chat messages, but never got a response from you. Then I was informed that the Brazilian government was having problems and the visa could be delayed further. I had no idea what was going on. Thankfully, I recieved my sons visa last night.
