No need to use these people. They have no idea what they’re doing. You’re better off going directly to the Brazil consulate and following their process. These guys cost me three weeks extra and almost didn’t get my kids visa in time

When submitting my documents, the "help line" person advised me to take a photo of my passport and the upload it. I did this and then got a message that you wouldn't accept a photo of a passport from my camera. Why not just give clear instructions at the start? Once you had everything you needed, I got my visa within one day. Thanks.

The directions regarding passport photo requirements were rather confusing. I spent $35 to get new passport photos to attach to application when in fact you only wanted a cell phone picture to be uploaded. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Submitting the image for the document was frustrating. I scanned an existing passport photo, which was rejected because it was a scanned image. So I submitted several photos taken with my iPhone, which were rejected because the white background was not uniform. So I went back to the photographer who took several images with my iPhone against his white background and submitted those images, which were accepted. When I received the visa, it used the original scanned passport photo. Other than the back and forth with the images the service was good. The turn around time was much less than advertised: about 4 days.
Easy! I filled out the application on line Friday afternoon and received the Visa in my email first thing Tuesday morning! Such a relief because we heard so many bad things about how hard it was for Americans to get their Visa's for Brazil! Thanks iVisa!

The service was simple and fast. My only feedback is that the estimated days for processing did not match the delivery. In my case, I paid the expedited fee to get my Visa faster but really didn't need to, as it completed processing in ony 4 days including a holiday weekend. I could have saved money with standard processing if the timing estimates were more accurate to my actual experience. Overall, I'm thankful I have the Visa completed early. Also, if there are pixel height and width requirements for the headshot upload, then I would expect the uploader to be able to resize images to fit the exact dimensions rather than asking the applicant to resize the image to non-standard dimensions.

better able to answer once the printed copies arrive, update printed copy never arrived and they aren't going to didn't really get a satisfactory answer, first it was the carrier they used then the carrier was under investigation then i was to receive a refund and i should print it myself. it'll be interesting to see if i actually get a refund. I just spoke with a very nice lady who helped me with our dilemma and we will receive a refund.
