The service was excellent and the supervisor I spoke with handle the issue extremely well and stayed on the phone with me to make sure everything was done correctly. We received our visas in a rapid manner. This is my second time using this service and I will continue using them with all my future travel ventures. I am a very pleased client!!!!! :)
The website was simple, however when we ran into an error; it didn't state what the error was and how to fix it. I submitted my family of 4 at the same time and it didn't state who had the issue either. For that I was extremely frustrated. However, your online CHAT system was amazing and help me through the process. If your website can detail the error; I would not have taken up so much of your agents time; however I am very grateful for your support.

For me It was very difficult to get everything done all correctly, but iVisa helped me though it ... They told me what to do .. What I learned... You can take the required pictures with iPhone.. and you can't use the same passport picture for the additional required photo .. So just take another one with your phone.. There is another service that charges less, but the Cruise Company changed $400 for this service .. So .. If you know your computer... go for it.

The experience was good, but would have been better in explaining what needed to be resubmitted and why. I received the email stating document needs to be resubmitted but it did list what document or what was wrong with document. I had to chat with someone using the chat feature to inquire more information. It would have taken a few moments of my time to know those answers and could have had the photo reloaded.

I presume iVisa's purpose is to save the time of Brazilian officials. As an American, I think our procedures are used everywhere, which isn't the case, so iVisa is useful.
Excellent and efficient process to obtain e-Visa. Staff very helpful and they even responded during the weekend. The one issue I had was uploading the passport. Was clearly legible on my end but the uploaded scan was not readable. Emailing scan solved the issue.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience and ease in applying for a Brazilian visa. Prior to the E-visa, the process was very time consuming and getting the documents and photos in the right format was not easy. The instructions for submitting copy of passport and photo were very clear and helpful.
Very promptly received my VISA. I had some trouble with my picture which I had taken at US passport office. Wasn"t quite sure what I was doing wrong, but they were very helpful. Responded to my emails right away and even called me!
